Ethan's Pokemon Adventure: A Journey in Johto

A few friends in a Forest 1

Pyrafox then steps forward and stands besides Sky. Sky looks up at him a bit confused but she holds the Shiny Hoppip in her arms a little. Just enough so the others can get a good view of it.

Hoppip: "Hauh."

Pyrafox: "Ok... so a Shiny Pokémon in simple terms are rare specimens of a species that has a different color variation compaired to its original counterpart."

Sky nods a bit awkwardly. I then sigh as I see the others examine the Hoppip and hear some of them gasp or say: "Ohhh."

Eben: "So a special version of a Pokémon?"

Rjpro and Pyrafox both nod.

Pyrafox: "Mhm."

Rjpro: "According to scientists they say the odds can vary from around the numbers of 4,000 to the 8000s."

Rjpro: "But, who knows."

Matthew nows looks over and gets a closer look at the Hoppip, Sky steps back so he doesn't get into personal space.

Matthew: "Hm... Interesting."

Vee: "Voy."

I nod and I pet Vee on my shoulder. The wind then blows and some Hoppips float above us, crying out happily. The Shiny Hoppip looks up and smiles with its blank face.

Everyone looks up at the Pink Hoppips before reverting their gaze back to the Shiny Hoppip.

<Ethan: A perfect example between a regular Hoppip and a Shiny.>

Rylee: "I see the difference."

Luis: "Well I hope you do."

Brianna: "Hm."

The breeze goes on for a while before it stops. With this, we regroup a bit.

Rjpro: "Right then, should we get back pn our way to Ecruteak Pyrafox?"

Pyrafox: "Oh, right. Yes."

I smile excitedly along with some of my friends.

<Ethan: Ecruteak, here we come!>

We now start walking again. Once again Rylee chooses to hang out with Lauren and Pyrafox in the front, Rjpro walking behind then silently.

Eben, Matthew, Anthony and Brianna stay in their little group and talk a bit as we walk. Which from what I can see Brianna is annoyed with the boy's ruckus.

This leaves me, Luis and Sky walking in the back. We mostly look around and look at all of the new pokemon, along with the occasional joke coming from me or Luis.

Pikachu: "Pika..."

Pikachu and Vee now relax on Luis's shoulders and I laugh a bit as Luis turns to me a bit miserably since his shoulders are starting to hurt.

Ethan: "Ha. Maybe they'll actually work out your shoulders and help grow some muscles."

Luis: "You saying I'm weak? I am the one who actually works out."

My chuckle dies down and I sigh, remembering he is right.

He worked out during the summer between the time of our adventure of Kanto to, now, Johto.

Ethan: "Oh. Then thats means I must have naturally strong shoulders since I can take their weight without needing to workout."

I pat my shoulder with a smirk. Luis pauses and gets an idea, smirking himself.

Luis: "Lets prove that theory."

Luis then grabs Pikachu and Vee and sets them on my shoulder, giving me no time to prepare.
