I watch the sun fall and rise, until light illuminates our cell. The once white walls still stained green. I stand up and assess my priorities.
Get food.
Find shelter.
Just two priorities, how hard could it be?  I make my way to a cell. Right now, the people would be in their week sleep. I would go in, get a food bag sent, get some new clothes and leave. In and out. Ten minutes top.
I select the cell closest to mine to ransack. I pick up a sharp, heavy thing off the ground. I stand there for a minute, thinking of what this grey, bumpy thing could be. Shoe? Bunny? Snow? I give up and bring the thing up to the cell. I throw it, and a huge tear rips open. I smile at my strength and climb inside. This cell is a bright color, like the sand, but much more intense. Like the ball of light in the sky. I stumble back in shock. No white, all bright. I had been living in a colorless world my entire life. I push the inequality out of my mind and focus. I head over to the food creator. I type in enough pellets for a year. The little square capsules poor out. I bush the bag option. They cascade into a self-sealing bag. As the slowly pop out, I head to the hands. I push in the commands to clothe, and they do. I get suited in a bright colored short suit. Our cell suits were always long pants and sleeve. These suits are short pants and sleeves. This cell differs so much from my cell. I look back at the food dispenser. Food still pours out. I decide to go and look at the family's sleeping quarters. I enter in. The family has a One, a Two, a Three and a Four. The Three is a girl, and the Four is a boy. Three and Four look the same age. I tip-toe over, examining their faces. I come to the Four. I press my face down on the thin plastic covering over him. I hear his shallow breaths. I have never seen anyone asleep before. I sat there for a while, looking and observing. I run my fingers over the control panel on the wall. Suddenly, I hear a beep. Four and Three's cover slides off as they inhale much louder. Their eyes flutter open, confused. Four stands up,
"Who are you?"
"And why are you here?" Three chimes in. I stumble back, confused and scared.
My back hits the wall and I slide down. I stare straight ahead.  I run my hands over my sleek head. I think of my family. I start to sob. Three bends down and touches my shoulder. I lurch back, startled by this sign of affection. In my cell, we never touched each other. Four comes to my side. I clutch my legs and sob. Three camly restates Four's question;
"Who are you?"
"I am Three, it was my transport day and my mom got back her memory and told me to swim out of the transport stream. The hands got her and the other set put me under this tube. Green gas filled the room. I was getting transported, but I saw my family choking. I swam  out of the stream and found our cell.." I pause, tears streaming down my pale face,"The Editors killed my family" I whisper, "they're gone, forever."
"What are you doing here?" Three asks.
"I am finding food and clothing."
"Where are you going?"
"I don't know."
Three and Four look at each other. They start to nod. They grab my limp arms to pull me up.
"We are going with you." Four says
"But I don't know where I am going." I question
"But we do," Says Three "You're going to save the world."
