Strange Friends ( A Harry Potter love story)

(Chapter 1) Letters from Hogwarts

      Violet's P.O.V.

    "Violet! Come downstairs! A letter came for you and Ron!" Mum yelled. 

"Ya, ya, comin' mum!" I replied. What does she want now? I love my mum, but she seems to need ME, out of all the other kids, the most. As I made my way down, my most dim-witted brothers jumped out of a hiding place. Who knows where.

"I think you'll be excited, Lettie" Fred said. Ah, did I forget to mention Lettie is my nickname? Well, it is. But apparently only for them.  

Ya, I think it might be your ticket to Hogwarts." George continued. Now, that caught my attention. As I let out a overly dramatic squeal, because I am over dramatic and random, I ran downstairs only to fall over after being knocked into Ron. I heard laughter echoing upstairs. 

"Not FUNNY dumb and dumber!" Like I said, I love my family, but they can be a pain in the... uh... chicken nugget sometimes. Ya, chicken nugget. Don't judge. As I heard a moan of pain underneath me, I realized I was still on top of my dearest twin, Ron. 

 "Sorry, Ronnikins," I said, as I roll off of him. He stands up and glares at me. We stand in silence until I say, "Well? What are we waiting for? A Purple potato? LETS GO!" 

Ron looks at me with a confuzzled expression and asks, "Why are you so excited, Vi? It's just a letter. We don't even know from who." I look at him with a smirk and say, "Ah, young grasshopper, that's where your wrong. It's from HOGWARTS, Ron. Think!" His eyes turned to saucers and we both ran, pushing and shoving each other to see who would get there first. Of course, I won. But, that's obvious. 

We came to a stop in front of mum,who had a smile on her face as she gave us our letters. We tore them open and flung them out. As you can tell, we were excited. We open them and read them. 

                  (Going to skip Letter reading because author is lazy and new 😊)

After we were done reading, we ran around the house screaming and singing "WE'RE GOING TO HOG-WARTS. WE'RE GOING TO HOGWARTS!" It was a good day.
