"June!" my mother called from downstairs. "Go do your homework! It's 9 pm!"
I rolled my eyes. This moment was completely and utterly typical.
"But mom, I have to finish off my chapter!" I pleaded. Truth is, I haven't been posting in a while, I think it's been a month since I've updated any of my stories.
I heard my mom let out a sigh. She knew there was no point in bickering with me, because when I have an idea for a new chapter, I won't stop until it's finished. She's says that, sometimes my creativity and dedication, are such bothers. I say that it's my best asset.
"Promise you'll do your homework after?" she shouted, finally giving in.
A grin crept onto my face. "Promise."

Lizzie snuggled into Bret's arms, immediately finding warmth and comfort. She inhaled a deep breath, trying to memorize his scent.
"Why can't you just stay with me?" Lizzie sighed.
Brett shrugged. "I wish I could Lizz."
He leaned down and gave her a small kiss on the forehead.
"I could beg my mom, so that you could stay with us," she said hopefully.
He shook his head. "Like your mom would ever agree to something like that."
Lizzie let out a small chuckle, but it was soon replaced with a frown again. "I'm going to miss you."
~~~
I smiled, content with my chapter. I looked over at the time. 12 a.m. I cursed under my breath, careful not to wake my family up. How am I supposed to finish my history report now? After a few minutes of silent contemplation, I let out a huge sigh, as I realized that I would have to pull another all nighter.
~~~
My eyes slowly peeped open to the morning sun shining through my window. I was still sitting in my chair, with my head on the office table. I groaned. School. Another 6 hours of my life wasted. Okay maybe only 5, because language class is actually useful. I couldn't care less about the other class. (But somehow, I manage to ace all of them)
I got up, and packed all of my things that I would need for the day.
Once at my junior high school, I began to search for my best friends Cherry, and Zane. It wasn't very hard, because they were already having their regular banter.
As I approached them I heard Zane shout, "HOW COULD YOU EVER SAY THAT?! JOHNNY DEPP IS AN AMAZING ACTOR!"
I cleared my throat, making my presence noticed.
"Oh hi!" Zane said cheerfully. He acted as if he had forgotten all about the little argument he was having with Cherry.
I was about to say hi, but Zane muttered something about his hair not looking right, and walked off. Honestly, there was nothing wrong with his hair, his disheveled brown hair, was just barely covering his green eyes, and to me it looked really cute. You know in the nice friendly way of course. But Zane would never agree with me. He's far to concerned with his hair, and sometimes mine too. It's quite an odd obsession.
"Typical Zane," Cherry snorted.
"Crazy as always," I stated.
Cherry chuckled. "So how's the story coming along?"
"I just finished the newest chapter," I said proudly. For some reason, whenever someone mentions my story, I felt like a proud mother. I guess I just become to attached to things.
Cherry and I talked for a few minutes, but we were interrupted when Zane came skipping over. And when I say skipping, I mean skipping.
Once he made it to us he sang, "Hello! I'm back, did you miss me?"
Cherry and I chuckled before replying, "Why, of course," in unison.
"Now come on my loves, let us go to class!" He announced before swinging his arms over Cherry and I, and dragging us to our homeroom.
