Day 2: Still At Sea

I woke up and was looking directly in the eyes of Kimberley.

"Kim! How did you get in here?" I sat up super quick. "I have the key to every room. Now get dressed, breakfast with the captain is in 30 minutes" she went back to her room. How does she have that key? I got up and put on a beach dress, sandals, and shades. I went over to Kims room.

"Ready?" I asked walking in. She came out in the exact same thing as me, just different colors. "Yeah Im re-- woah.. Same outfit girl" she looked me up and down. "Well great minds think alike" she said pushing the elevator button. All food was served on the lido deck outside. When we got there I looked around. Kids everywhere were piling their plates with every breakfast food possible.

"Lets meet the captain" Kim drug me to a room. "Good morning sir!" Kim yelled at a man in a seat. He turned around. "Good morning baby girl" he kissed her. "Daddy I want you to meet my friend Sapphire" she pointed at me. "Nice to meet you!" He shook my hand. Thats how shes been on the cruises so long and has a key to every room. The captain is daddy.

"Well see you later. Im hungry" Kim said to her dad walking out the room and back to the buffet. I followed her.

"Do we have to sit with our own age group too? " I asked her. "Nope. Sit wherever you can find a seat". We piled our plates like the other kids and sat at a booth. A girl about 13 sat next us. "Hey Kim." She said." Hey Aunor." Kim replied. "Who's this?"Aunor was pointing to me. "Aunor this is Saph. Saph this is my little sister Aunor and her twin brother Justin is over there with the boys." Kim said pointing at the table the mindless boys were sitting. "I didn't know you had siblings" I said eating a big bite of cereal. "Well now you do girl"

All the mindless boys and Justin came over to our booth.

"Can we sit" asked Ray? Kim gestured for him to sit. Prince sat between me and Kim.

"Hows my girl doing today?" Prince put his arm around Kim. "Not your girl" she said. "Wait and you will be" he added. Kim rolled her eyes. "Why are y'all even sitting with us?" Kim asked. "Just trying to be friendly" Roc said. "Well can you be friendly somewhere else?" She asked. "It cool they can stay" I said that without trying to sound all mean to her. "Thank You! Atleast someone like us" Prod got that sentence out without spitting out egg.

We sat in silence for 3 minutes. Yes I counted!

"Anyone up for some football on the activities deck?" Roc asked? All the boys nodded and so did Aunor. Kim told me Aunor is the ultimate tomboy, so that didn't surprise me.

After breakfast we went to the activities deck to watch them play. We only went because Prince said Kim was his good luck charm. Here are the teams. Aunor Roc,Prince, and Ray,Prod,Justin. The rest of Lounge B came and watched also.

"We playing shirts an skins?" Ray asked? "Lets do it!" Prince said. Rays team chose heads and flipped a coin. It landed on heads. Princes team had to take off their shirt.

"Oh yes!!" Claire screeched. Prince took off his shirt and handed it to Kim. Claire looked a little disappointed. It was funny the way her smiled changed.. Roc took off his shirt, handed it to me, and winked. I looked at him and he mouthed "Your my good luck charm". I smiled. Kim noticed and nudged me. I shook my head. The game started.

My brochure for Hawaii had blow to the other side. Shit. I tried to hurry across the field of the game, but nope to late. The ball came and hit me straight in the face. Im use to volleyballs hitting me, so it didn't really hurt. It did catch me by surprise though. Everyone quickly rushed over to me

"Are you ok Saph?" Kim asked. "Yeah I'm good" I said rubbing my cheek. "Roc your so stupid. Why would you hit her?" Kim snapped at him. "Im sorry. I didn't see you Saph. " he told me. "Im good everyone!" I said. I really was. It just stung a little. No big deal.

"Go with her and get ice" Kim told Roc. Roc and I walked to the buffet and got some ice. "Im sorry once again. I didn't mean to." This was his third time since we started walking. "Listen, I'm ok. Ive had worse things hit me in the face" I said. Did I really just say that? He looked at me all perverted "Not like that pervert!" I pushed him. He laughed and placed the ice on my cheek. "It should go down by tomorrow." He told me. We walked back to the game.

1 hour later the game was over. We had to stop to go do a activity with lounge B. The boys said they would finish the game later.

When we went in Lounge Be everything was decorated all nice.

"Yess!! My favorite part!" Kim squealed. " Its time for everyone to pick draw a partner for tomorrow in Hawaii and secret friend' Mariah said. We all lined up. She dropped a two names in our hands. The first one was the secret friend. I got Prince. Ill just get him Kim. Lol. I looked at my second paper and opened my mouth.. It was Roc. Well.... Yeah.

"Everyone has a partner and a secret friend now. Get together with your partner and introduce yourselves" Taz said. He went in the back room with Mariah.

I sat next to Roc. " So besides you like to throw footballs at people,what else do I need to know?" I asked laughing at my own joke. He smiled. "What do you want to do in Hawaii?" He asked me. He didn't even answer my question. Rude. "I want to learn how to surf" I said. He smiled really big now. "I can teach you that" he said. "What do you want to learn?" I asked. "Nothing. I want to eat all their food. Pigs on a stick. Yum!" He said rubbing his stomach. "Thats gross! So do you play sports?" I asked. "Football, basketball, Track, and soccer. Do you?" He asked "Volleyball and Track are my life at this point." I said

The questions just kept going on like that. I learned he likes blue, kelly Rowland, crab legs, hip hop, and texting. Oh yess! Gettin that number.

"Yall are free. Go have fun or whatever y'all do" Taz said.

The boys went and finished their football game. The girls watched from the hot tube.

"So you and roc huh?" Summer asked."no... were not nothing" I said back. "But you want to be?" She asked again. All these questions. Shes urkin my nerves. "Not really looking for anything" i replied. "Oh ok"

A movie started playing and we all sat back and watched it. 30 minutes later the boys game was over And they joined us in the hot tube. "Can I sit by you?" Roc asked. I nodded. "Theres no more room in here!" Ray said. Prince put Kim on his lap and Roc put me on his. This position>>>>.

Ray hopped in with Prod.

All the mindless boys had Weird expressions on their face when we finished the movie. Roc nodded to Prince. What the fuck is happening? Roc wrapped his arms around my waist and took me out the hot tube. Prince did the same to Kim. Prod did the same to justice. And ray did the same to Claire.

"What are you doing???" Claire screamed. "You'll see" ray said. The boys did a countdown

3.....2......1... They threw us in the pool. They threw us in the pool. They threw us in the pool. THEY THRE US IN THE POOL. It was freezing cold. I got out and pushed Roc in.

"Its cold man" he said. "Really now?" I said. Prod pushed me back in. Roc put his arms around my waist. Why did I want to get out again? Roc whispered in my ear. "Tomorrow were gonna have fun." I smiled

The bell rang. It was the 15 years olds curfew. 11 o'clock.

Everybody got out and went to their room. Kim had already left with Prince. I walked with Roc up to our two rooms. "Goodnight" he said "night" I said and walked in my room.

I took a shower and put on my bed time clothes. I got a phone call.

"Hello?" I said. "Sorry boo. I was walking with Prince, but goodnight."Kim said. "Goodnight" I replied and hung up.

I started drifting off to sleep. The phone rang again. If this girl doesn't stop calling me....

"Hello?" I said sleepy. "Aww was someone sleep?" It was roc. "Yeah kinda" i said. "I just wanted to remind you were gonna have fun" he said. I laughed. "Go to bed Roc." And hung up.

I squealed in my pillow. Hawaii tomorrow!!!
