Chapter 28 Kylene & Nathaniel

Kylene and Nathaniel 

Since Kylene had their new baby girl Blair, things have been a lot busier then they were before. Kylene has had 3 kids, but never 2 at the same time, so this was a whole new experience for her, as well as for Nate. Blair is about 3 months now, and has an adorable little nursery thats pink and brown with butterflies perfect for their new little girl.  Kylene was nursing which in return meant Blair has because very attached to Kylene, and is a total mommy girl.  Nathaniel is back at work after taking a month off to help with their new arrival. Kylene is having a hard time with 2 kids at home alone, but Brynnleigh is starting school again and Kylene is ready for it. 

It's morning of Brynnleigh's first day of school for the year and everyone was so excited. It's her first day of 2nd grade, and Kylene can't believe how big she's gotten, and how much she's growing up. 

Brynnleigh just woke up and sat at the kitchen table. Blair was up too and Kylene had her in a front pouch on her as she poured some cereal for Brynn to eat before school. 

"Here honey" She put it in front of her "Try not to make a mess please" She says

Brynn smiles "Thanks mommy!" She starts eating it happily 

Kylene smiles until Blair starts whining, Kylene starts bouncing her "I know your hungry I'm warming up the milk now" She says putting a bottle of pumped milk inside a container with warm water so it would warm up, sometimes Kylene bottle fed her breast milk, and other times she actually nursed her. 

Blair just kept crying not understanding or caring, she was just hungry.

After a little bit Brynnleigh was still eating and Kylene sits on the couch in the living room with Blair and starts feeding her the bottle, still watching Brynn since their house was an open concept. 

She starts feeding Blair when Brynn finishes "Mommy I'm done!" She yells and Kylene sighs "Okay give me a minute"

"I'll do it mommy!" She smiles and stands up walking to the kitchen sink when she trips and falls dropping and breaking the glass bowl, and spilling her cereal milk all over. 

Blair starts crying and Brynn gets scared "Opps.." She tries to clean it up

Kylene groans and breathes deeply trying to stay calm and puts Blair in her bouncer as she was still crying and walks into the kitchen "I'm really sorry mommy, I didn't mean to" Brynnleigh says scared Kylene was going to yell. 

"Just go brush your teeth and get dressed please" Kylene says staying calm and grabs a broom and starts sweeping up the glass pieces "okay I'm sorry" She says before running up to her room and getting dressed.

Kylene tries to clean some of it up and hears her phone ringing, it was Nate calling. She picks up 'This isn't a good time right now" 

"I'm sorry, everything okay?" He asks 

"No your daughter broke a glass bowl, and the other one is screaming, I'll call you back later okay?" Kylene says just so annoyed 

"Okay, breathe honey, it will be okay I love you" 

"I love you too" She says before hanging up and going into the living room and picking up Blair from her bouncer and walks around bouncing her "Shhh baby it's okay" Kylene was just trying to get her to calm down. 

Soon Brynnleigh comes back down "I'm ready mommy" She smiles and spins in her dress, Kylene was now sitting on the couch again and just finished feeding Blair. 

"You look pretty, now bring me the brush and come over here so I can do your hair" She says and Brynnn nods running over with the brush. 

Kylene lays Blair right next to her on the couch watching her making sure she didn't squirm or try to roll off. She takes Brynnleigh's hair and starts brushing it, and puts it in 2 pig tails and smiles "All done, you look super cute" Kylene smiles
