I am supposed to be sleeping with my super comfy pillow at this minute but here I am waiting for Mr. Adorable, rather Perfect to fetch me.

I have made up a spiel already if ever he’ll call me and bring up the festival booths but clever the man is, he called mom first and then me and honest my mom could be, she told Blake that I am very healthy now to wander with them.

“Blake is here deary!”

And speaking of the devilish angel.

“I’m coming mom.”

I ran down the stairs wearing a denim skirt with a black blouse and my favorite Keds flats. I don’t really look classy tonight but this is better than my pajamas and oversized shirt.

As I reached the lobby, I saw mom chatting with Blake. He looked as gorgeous as he is, wearing a blacks denim pants and a blue fitted shirt. It flaunted his torso well and matched his blue-colored eyes.

“Well hello Hannah. It’s nice to know you’re feeling well now.” he stood up and smiled at me.

“I guess my cookies were effective then, huh?”

I blushed, remembering how I cried when he gave me that tiny basket filled with cookies. I didn’t eat them all though. I sealed them inside the fridge hoping it would last. I may never have anything from him again.

“Whatever,Mr. Sunders.” I shrugged trying to hide my rosy cheeks. I hope he didn’t notice.

We walked out of the house after kissing mom goodbye. Mom even winked at me before closing the door behind me. What is she up to?

“Where’s Emily? I thought she’s coming.”

Emily called me in the afternoon after Blake called mom and me. She told me that she’ll pick me up together with him. We haven’t talk for awhile now after my drama.

“Emergency meeting with the gang. She’ll meet us there.”

We slid inside the car and I was on shotgun. I was trying to think of a topic just to lighten up the atmosphere and I noticed that Blake was doing the same thing.

“So excited for the festival rides?” he asked while his eyes were glued on the road.

“Sure thing.” I awkwardly replied while facing my side window. Moment like this with him still brings shivers on me.

“Thanks by the way for yesterday. I had fun.” he whispered.

I can feel his eyes on my back. I can’t turn my head around since I still fell so flushed when I look at him.

“Thanks too for the visit and the cookies.” I sighed and felt my cheeks burning.

“And those pictures were hilarious. It really made my day. I’m glad I visited you.” he chuckled and pulled my shoulder so that I could face him.

“Are you okay? You look like a tomato.” he snorted and pinched my cheeks which made it more flushed.

“No I’m not” I snapped.

“Yes you are.”

“Not so.”

“Yes! Yes! Yes!” he laughed out so hard that he almost forgot his driving.

“Hey! Watch the red light Mister.”

“Oh! Really. Is it as red as your face?” he teased and I was left speechless. I turned to the window again. Not knowing what to answer. I am not really good when it comes to teasing.

“C’mon. I was just kidding Hannah.”

“Yeah, right.” I snapped turning around to face his smirking face.
