Time for Explanations

Aria's POV
When I woke up from my vision, I noticed that everybody was staring at me. "Wh-Wh-What's going on? I'm confused." I looked up into Dad's jade green eyes and noticed what looked like..... Defeat. "Daddy, what's going on? I'm scared, I saw something.... a vision I think. A voice said it was twelve years ago, the day I was born." With that, Mom's head snapped up and she whispered something to Aunt Mione, causing her to take the boys to the back yard. Once the boys disappeared, Mom and Dad looked at each other and sighed. " Aria, sweetheart" began Mom, " I- we need you to understand tthis. 12 years ago, you were born. However, in the midst of giving birth to you, you began to lose air and the world began to swim in front of me. Professor Dumbledore told your father to cast the first spell he thought of but to focus the energy on me and you. So he cast a spell and the magic was poured into us. That power only affected you however. We noticed it from a young age. Whenever you would have a temper tantrum as an infant, the lights would burst and windows would shatter. Eventually we took you to Horace Slughorn and he explained to us that you were.... well you were, a Power Surge. Your entire existence was magical. Without your dad's spell, you wouldn't be here." Taking a moment to survey my eyes, Mom continues, "Any questions or thoughts?" Taking a few minutes to swallow what exactly my mother just said... I took a breathe and said, "Can we go? I just need time to process this and I feel Hogwarts is the place to do so. I will owl you when I'm ready. Please, let's just go." Looking to my feet, I went and gathered my trunk ,that was thankfully saved from the water, and shouted to the boys that it was time to go. Finally snapping out of their shocked state, Mom and Dad blinked and readjusted themselves. "Um, alright, then Albus, hold on to your mother. James hold on to me and Aria, hold to Aunt Hermione. We are about to Apparate."
