Chapter 1 "The experiments have escaped"

Dr. Meniscus's P.O.V (woman)

It was an average day in the secret labs. Only today the government was coming in for an inspection of our creations. The entrance to the lab opened and in came governor Christie, the captain of the US military, and some security guards.
"Good morning governor Christie, great to see you again."
"Good morning Dr.Meniscus, great to see you too. How are our creatures doing so far?" We walked over to the containment cells that held our new creations.
"They have been doing great. The serums we injected into them have gave them all kinds of abilities. Each creature has a different power with all kinds of abilities."
"How long until these creatures can join our military force as our secret weapon?"
"It will take some time to train them. They might look human but these monsters can wipe out a whole army if needed or angered."
"That's perfect. What kind of monsters are they."
"Well the young man over there with the brown hair and brown eyes. He's a demon.We named him Gabriel. Once his eyes turn black he could turn invisible, possess humans, fly, and use his super strength.Next there's Angelica, the girl with brown hair and color changing eyes. She's a siren. She is half human, bird, and fish. She can also hypnotize humans with her voice and beautiful appearance. Then there's Michael with white blonde hair and gray eyes. He is a reaper. He had the abilities to turn invisible, teleport, see other monsters how they are, resurrect other humans and creatures, look into the future, use telekinesis, and so much more. Last is Eliana she has dirty blonde hair with purple and black eyes. She's a very powerful sorcerer. She has so many abilities like shape shifting, controlling the four elements, flying, mind control, telekinesis, etc. She's our most powerful creature next to Gabriel and Michael."
"They're amazing." I heard one of my employees speak up.
"Umm Dr. Meniscus...Eliana isn't in there." "What are you talking about she has to be. These cells are impossible to break out of?!" I ordered one of my workers to open the containment cell. I walked into Eliana's cell carefully. As I walked in a gust of wind brushed past me. It was very odd because there were no windows in the cell. BOOM!!!! I heard an explosion from the lab and the alarms started ringing. All my workers started running and screaming. My heart sank into my stomach when I saw what happened. The laboratory cells were blown to pieces. "The creatures...they escaped..."
