Let's begin,

After dinner, Bela finished her kitchen chores and was about to head towards her room. She paused, remembering that she hadn't checked on her sisters to see if they were still up late using their phones.
Walking into their room, she found Haseena and Santu sleeping peacefully, their arms wrapped around each other. A warm smile spread across Bela's face as she watched them. But looking around the room she realised Karishma was missing, she thought and went to check upon her, she found karishma was roaming in the living room holding her stomach which clearly meant that she was suffering from stomach pain. Bela sighed and went to take the medicine from the medicine box because she knew her karu will not take the medicine as she hated them.

Bela - Madam ke pet mai dard h par bolegi nhi, idhar udhar ghum ke time waste kar rahi h.. Phir subah time se uthegi nhi aur mera gussa badhayegi.. Abhi dawai lene ke liye alag nakhre karegi..

She thought and went to Karishma with the medicine..

Karishma - uff is pet ko bhi aaj hi itna dukhna tha... Bhakk iske chakkar mai hum so nhi pa rahe h.. Kal subah time se uthe nhi toh Phir daant sunna padega kya musibat h.. Theek ho jaaa(she said in frustration)

Bela - aur khao junk food, jab pata h bahar ka khana zyada suit nhi karta toh kyu khaati ho..

Karishma was startled hearing Bela's voice,

Karishma - Didi.. Aap

Bela - ha toh.. Gaye the dekhne ke liye room mai ki soyi ho ya nhi par yaha madam ki alag walking exercise chal rahi h.. Bol nhi sakti thi aake pet mai dard h..

Karishma - aap dawa khila deti na is liye nhi kaha (she said in a low voice)

Bela - wo toh hum abhi bhi khilayenge (she said passing her the medicine)

Karishma - Hume nhi khana.. Thoda sa Dard h kal subah tak ekdum chaukas ho jayenge.. (she said turing away from the medicine)

Bela - nhi hoga iske bina theek.. Koi jadoo nhi h jo chadhi ghumate hi theek ho jayega..

Karishma - ha h jadoo hum nhi lenge..

Bela knew this was not going to be easy she has to try some other way out..

Bela - Accha dawai nhi leni h okk mat lo par sone toh chalo.. Aise bhatakne se thodi neend ayegi ..

Karishma looked Bela with side eyes and agreed.As they entered the room, Bela gently guided Karishma to her bed. Karishma plopped down on the mattress with a heavy sigh, still clutching her stomach.Bela sat down beside her, her eyes softening as she observed her sister.

"Nhi de rahe h dawai baba so jao kam se kam you will feel better "

Bela said, her voice calm and reassuring.

Karishma just nodded, her face a mix of discomfort and reluctance. She didn’t reply, her eyes already half-closed as she tried to find a comfortable position.
Bela tucked the blanket around Karishma’s shoulders and sat there for a moment, making sure she was settled. She was caressing her hairs with love singing a lullaby for her like a baby so that she is able to distract herself from the pain and sleep well as she knew no matter what her karu will not take the medicine and at that time she felt it was her love and care that can work faster than a medicine

"zyada dard ho toh bula lena"

she said, brushing a strand of hair away from Karishma's forehead.Karishma mumbled something inaudible, her voice thick with sleepiness. Bela smiled softly and turned off the light, making sure the room was quiet and peaceful.
