Your what?!?!?!

Emerald's POV

I take a deep breath and get ready for what is probably going to be the most complicated conversation I've ever had in my life."Well I'm what people call Fae.", I say slowly. "Wait, like fairies?", Harry asks, his eyebrows furrowed. I grit my teeth. Why does everyone say that? "No", i say, annoyed, "We are nowhere near fairies. We consume human souls to survive." At that Harry's eyes widen and fear clouds them, but he remains quiet and resolute. "The fangs you saw me use emits poison into the body, either weakening or killing the person we bite, do it's easier to feed." Harry shifts uncomfortably. "Can I trust you?", he says, looking me in the eye. Part of me is surprised he asked the question instead of freaking out and running away, while another part of me is grateful he did. "Yes", I say, "I've got enough self-control." He nods and tries to get up, but he fails and sits back down, groaning. I look at where his wound is. I have to do something about that. "Take off your shirt and close your eyes.", I order. Harry looks at me like I'm crazy."Please, just trust me.", I say. Slowly, Harry follow my instructions. I turn to look at his chest and i gawk at it. Ok...WOW. It was muscled and toned, and black swirls and patterns decorated it. I've never been a big fan of guys with chest tatoos, but these were absolutely beautiful. I put my hand over his wound and he tenses. "I won't hurt you.", I say reassuringly. I emit some of my energy out onto the wound, and slowly the it heals. After a few minutes, there's nothing there, not, even a scar. "Okay, I'm done.", I say, taking my hand away. Harry looks down at his chest in amazement. "How did you-" "Don't ask.", I say, cutting him off. "There's a change of clothes in the bathroom over there.", I say, pointing to it from across the room, "You can take a shower, change, and let me know when your ready to leave." Harry nods and I walk out the room. That wasn't as hard as I expected it to be. Now I just have to see about making sure nobody else finds out.
