I wish I could feel you as the sea embraces the land on a full moon night.

I wish I could touch you as gently as the clouds glide over the bright blue sky.

I wish I could kiss you as the sun rays kiss the lofty mountain peaks before dawn.

I wish I could enchant you as music does to a lonely soul on a cold rainy night.

I wish I could protect you as fiercely a lioness protects her newborns.

I know one day I will,

the day I soar high into the sky and time ceases to matter.

This wretched grief, which has emptied my soul,

will make way for joy, when I meet you in paradise.
