Chapter 12: A calm before the storm

Rei is sitting by his hospital bed and read his book to buy some time because he was asked to remain in this room after Theresa confirm if he's really okay.

Rei: The principal has been gone for some time now? I wonder what she's doing right Now?

Rei take a look at the stigmata on his hand.

Rei: 5 mores to unlock? Huh? They didn't explain it properly, but I do know that I must find a way to unlock it. The first mission I have taken is the prove of my weakness. My inexperienced and not able fully using my power almost cause the life of people. I must get stronger and be better.

Rei closed his eyes and opened it again to look outside of the window and sees the night sky.

Rei: I wonder how they are doing back there? I sure hope they're doing fine. I heard from Theresa that Himeko is alright. That's a good news, but I wonder how Kiana and Fu hua is doing right now?

???: Hey, are you sure he's asleep?

???: Of course I do! Now's our chance to get rid of that bastard.

Rei: ? What was that?

Rei heard some whispering outside the room. He got off from his bed and put down his book. He then walked in front of the door and put his ear at the door.

He heard some people were whispering behind the door. It was nothing good in a slightest.

Bully 1: The principal is busy at the moment and no one is supervising him. Now is the perfect chance to strike!

Bully 2: Finally, he embarrassed me during that exam! So, since he's asleep now. We must pull out the plug and ran as fast as we could before anyone notice.

Bully 1: This is gonna be our day! With papa influence, nobody can get to me!

Bully 2: That's the son of an official.

Rei: -_-

Rei conjures up a lightning on his hand, and he puts his other hand on the door and open them.

The bullies jump when they saw the door open and rei was in front of them.

Rei: -_- A little pathetic trying to make an attempted murder while you guys speak so loud out here.

Bully 1: S-So what if they heard, my papa is an official! Nobody can get to me.

Rei: Well, tell your papa, that he should retired if he give birth to a reject like you. Now scram!

Rei electric shocked at the two bullies and they run away like a kid who got their candy stolen.

Rei: Good grief.

Rei return back to his room and closed back the metal door.

Pre-time skip

Kiana and the others had dinner together in the dorm. But Kiana was still upset from the last mission and can't stop worrying about rei and Himeko.

Mei and bronya was worried about them too. But they also worried about Kiana. Because, she normally eats her rice 6 times instead of 2.

Mei: Kiana, don't worry about Himeko and rei Kun. The school has plenty of high tech facilities to help cure them.

Theresa open the door of their dorm room. Kiana was the first to stands up before the others did.

Theresa: I'm here with some bad news, girls. ICU just called me 30 minutes ago... Major Himeko...

The three gulp down their sweat and their heart beating very strong.

Theresa sees their expression and smirk at their reaction.
