Hatred is what I'm feeling
Grudges keeps me from moving
Darkness is covering
Hopelessness is what I'm keeping.
Longing to be left alone
With only a heart made of stone
Scarred by the light of life
From my own voice, I want to hide.
Lost in the darkness
Scared of living heartless
Keeping distance from the light of life
You've keep on telling me it wasn't mine.
Negative thought keeps on running
Why do I have this feeling?
The anger I have been nurturing
No doubt that's what keeps me from living.
At this hour of the night
Resentment is what I'm holding
Bitterness from life
I just want to move on and stop this from fostering.
