Kang ( sighs helplessly gulps tears ) so ..elchim was found two days later after Stephen's return ....in the lake ...he died by drowning in the river
And they all were shocked like anything as tears started flowing out of their eyes like anything
Kang ( sigh helplessly tears ) he wad found in the river .....Stephen lost his good sense of mind seeing him and just ran into the cold river water like anything ..he was meeting his son after 4 years only to see his dead body ...he screamed his name like anything And cried for mintues holding him but then he became blank

Kang ( sighs helplessly tears ) so then as Maya saw the body she was more than broken ......desperately trying to wake her child up crying like anything but stephen was just calm looking at the dead body with tears that weren't even falling out of his eyes ......even though everyone was in tears seeing Maya's condition even for a moment Stephen's father tol would have felt guilty but stephen didn't shed a tear ....since usse samajh hi nhii aya k hua kya ...so then with great difficulty and heavy heart elchim's funeral was done ......well so in north Korea we have a tradition that when child dies then its it's father who digs the grave and puts the child in the grave and then puts the soil over the grave ...
And they all looked at kang with tears and williams holds grace hand and with tears ......since as a father he can never even Imagine this
Kang ( sighs helplessly) so ..Stephen ne khud apne dearest son ko dafan kiya .....Maya cried like anything.....and stephen was just staring at the grave blankly with a few tears that escapes his eyes ...in short he was traumatized .......

Kang ( sighs tears) so after this the life stopped for Maya but for stephen life became a battle .....since Maya was the one jiske saath elchim market geya tha ...and keh skte hain k Maya k carelessness k wajh se elchim got lost .........Maya was suffering from guilt and loss of the child ...and ( smirks tears) stephen woh toh abh yeh samjh hi nhii pa raha tha k hua kya .......so in all this Ayla suffered so for Ayla both of them kept their grief aside and tried to live a normal life .....so Stephen started living a really busy life..he went back to work as a doctor ...so he worked in hospital om morning then at evening he used to teach students..and then at night he used to drink and then morning he would go back to work ,....so yeah that wad the point in his life when he started drinking mercilessly after staying sober all his life ...
And they all gulps with tears flowing out of their eyes unknowingly and ironically for the the person they were hating to the core till yesterday...praying for his death and now they were crying hearing his story..
Kang ( sighs tears) so he started drinking living a busy life and moreover he started avoiding talking to Maya .....since he was too much lost in the pain use samjh nhii aa raha tha k woh kre kya kahe kya since he wasn't much expressive.....which was obvious since uski baat sunane wala kabhi koi nhii tha it was only halima with whom he used to open up but sadly she wasn't there in his life anymore and he was angry on her for not being there in his hard times which eventually resulted in him breaking all ties with halima's mother .which he at a time used to call mother....thanks to nickolas brainwashing ..

Kang ( sighs helplessly) so obviously Stephen's reaction to the situation was to some extent justified since 2 din pehle tak woh yeh dream dekh raha tha k woh apni family se milega aur 2 din baad woh apne bete k dead body se mil raha tha so obviously it left a deep scar on his soul And even maya understood his condition and tried to cope up with him ....since she knew he was in deep trauma ..
