I gasped at the beautiful sight. I was in a field. It was so bright that it was like I was on the sun. I took a deep breath to take it all in. It was so beautiful there. There were gorgeous ponds, every single type of tree imaginable, and every single flower that touched the earth.
Am I in heaven? As soon as I figured out where I was, I got really excited.
I turned around in excitement and I saw my dear departed cat. I shook my head in disbelief. He's been dead for years so how is he here?
"Herby," I scamper across the field and pulled my cat into my embrace, "I missed you so much!"
But wait, I see my grandparent's dogs in the distance. I run to them, with my arms wide open, pulling them into a big hug.
"Roscoe, Maxi," I screamed with joy, "I missed you so much!"
I cuddled them and played with them for awhile. I turned around and spotted a bench with an old record player and I saw my grandparents dancing.
Just like every Saturday night, I thought.
I knew that they went dancing every Saturday night.
They didn't see me, so I sat there and watched. Step right, Step left, Step right, Step left.
