Steve was determined to put himself through pain. He couldn't protect the woman he loves and now she is thirsty for his blood and soul. Even though death wasn't an option for him, he knew pain was worse. The abnormal man runs back to Russia and plants the grenades all in one room and leaves oil and other highly flammable substances around the Russian area and locks himself in the grenade room. His pace quickens around the room and cause heat to form around him until he has reached the speed for fire and his feet. The grenades set off and bullets are being fired at his own will to his head. Fire bursts from the mountain in Russia and catches the Avengers attention back in New York.
"Jarvis can we see what caused the eruption in Russia? A good clear image please." Tony Stark asks his AI in sweet and innocent tone.
"Yes sir." Was all the reply he got from the British robot. "It seems that our Captain has taken out his rage." Tony shoots up from his previous sitting position and rests his hands on his metal computer desk and hunches over.
"Do we have a camera nearby? Are people going to get hurt?" For once Stark was being serious.
"People are not in danger so far but no camera has been saved. All destroyed. Do you wish to contact the rest of the Avengers, sir?" The emotionless British man replied from the ceiling.
"No!" With hesitation he replied and called for his Ironman suit. "Contact Fury only and tell him to release her." He flys from his special Ironman Platform and makes his way towards Russia. A call from Fury appeared in his helmet.
"Are you a crazy bastard or what?" Was the first words to leave Nick Fury's mouth.
"I would preferred to be called 'or what'. Anyway, have you seen the destruction he is causing. People will die." Tonys voice changes from mockingness to seriousness within seconds.
"Well look at that. The Invincible Ironman. Mr Tong Stark. Is now worrying about someone rather then himself. Who knew the day would come?" Fury chuckles.
"Release her and send her to Russia." Tony quickens their conversation.
"Or what? I am the Director and ain't no metal man gonna come along and ruin it. I do what I please. If I sat she can go then she can go. It's not your order, Stark. It's mine." The call gets drops after that. Anger pumps around the veins of the mechanic.
"Dammit!" He yells. Out from no where, a Quinjet shoots pass him and turn. The pilot is visible and Clint is there. "I thought you were with the family." Ironman stops in front of the jet to talk to his fellow Avenger. You know, as ya do.
"Thought you could use my help on getting Natasha out." He grins.
"No way, Birdboy. You got her out. How?"
"Listen up Tinman, not all of us rely on our money. I rely on my spying skills and sneaking around. That's how I got Nat out plus she was running across the SHIELD parking lot after escaping."
"Ya know you should have just left it at 'I rely on my skills'. Let's go to Russia and save this crazy bitches husband."
"Be respectful and get in the bloody jet." Once Tony gets in the burst towards Russia and notice destruction and hell on top of a mountain a country off. "I think we have our target." Clint says and starts to slow down.
"Finally, it's been like 15minutes stuck in this jet with that knocked out bitch. By the way, has she been injected with the stuff yet." Tony asks while looking down at Natasha to which is spread across 3 seats.
"Yeah. Banner came and found out how much within seconds. She's normal again except she doesn't remember that much. All she needs to remember is Steve and James."
"It must be hard for them. Having a kind of, as much as you can get for being to psychopathic killing machines, normal life then suddenly it all changes when they meet up with their old friends. Even worse now they have a child. Is it hard?" The question Tony asks at the end hits Clint cause he knows exactly what he means.
"Having a family and trying to be normal even though their parent isn't normal and has special abilities?" Tony nods. "Yes. Even though I can fight and kick, that doesn't mean I'm indestructible. I could never see my family again after this but I make sure the positive thoughts stay in my head. My family need me and I will live for them. So it's extremely hard trying to live for them."
"Oh. Well I think we should get going." Tony jumps from the ramp that's going down at the back of the jet and takes Natasha with him. "Don't give up and fight with the new serum in your body not against, Nat. Steve and James needs you. Even if you don't remember them, they remember you and can't live without you." He kisses the black haired woman's head and reaches snow covered mountain. He heads into the flames that are now spreading like a forest fire. What's left if the building, Tony heads for it.
"High temperature, sir. I would consider turning back around." Jarvis spoke. Tony ignores him and keeps going. "Sir, your suit is going to melt into your skin if you don't turn now."
"Don't worry, J. I've got this." With that, Tony sets off. Bursting at high speed to the centre of it all. "Steve, come on man. Your gonna kill my ass." Steve was kneeling in the middle. Surrounded my fire and bullet holes all over his body. His clothes were burnt and his usual clean hair was now a dirty mess. He was kneeling on both knees with his head hung low. Eyes red with tears running down them.
"Shut up Tony!" His voice was almost unrecognizable. It was angry but upsetting at the same time.
"I'm going to stop the snarky comments then. Look Steve, your son needs you and Nat does. You can't just cause destruction if you can't die in the first place and-"
"I can always try." He cuts in. His voice uncomfortably calm. "Now go. Take her body and go. Your gonna die."
"How did you know I had her? Doesn't matter but for an emotional prick, your still a nice guy. Now put out this fire and come back to New York. She's going to be okay and you can be a family again." He takes a step closer and Steve head lifts and his eyes go from red to yellow. A bright golden yellow.
"I said FUCK OFF!" He screamed and ran at a great speed.
"Steve? You okay buddy? You in there?" He wasn't. He was in a trance to where he has forgotten everything besides the torture and nightmares. To kill was the only thing he was taught and to kill would be the only thing he would do with yellow eyes.
"This is my cue to go. Nice talk Steve." Tony flew to the hair with Natasha still in his hands. "Barton, get the jet ready. We have an angry Rogers."
"The jet is gone." He replied.
"What? I thought you were in it."
"I was. I am. It's here but it won't work. There was a gush of wind and everything just shut down."
"Shit!" Was the last thing said before the communication got cut off. "Barton? BARTON!" No reply. A dark figure came hurdling towards Tony in the air. "What the fu-?" The figure pulled him down to the ground which was 200feet bellow. Stark was slammed to the ground and landed on his back. It only took a second for him to reach the ground from being thrown down with such forced. Natasha was a few feet away. Both unconscious but Tony soon woke up after a second. He looked to his left and saw Nat but to his right was something horrifying and unforgettable.
