12th Grade EnglishPrompt: What's Your Perspective Of The World As A Whole?
What are we? Society today has turned into these judgmental creatures only worrying about what a person looks like or what they do. We are obsessed with image wanting people to judge us — admire us instead of ourselves which is ultimately our downfall. If we were to let people say they're opinions about us, about what's on the outside then shallow isn't a good enough word to describe us. What about the inside? Behind all that beauty or as some people call it 'ugliness' what do you really know? We're all about the exterior, the outside of the surface not really digging to see what's really there. Another word is perception because all most people really do care about is on the surface that is there for all to see. We ignore those that are different by our beliefs from being colored to having a disability wether we like it or not we're all prejudice. What we had is now lost, the concept of it to the actual word, love. All people deserved to be loved and accepted into this world no matter what religion, race, sexuality or disabilities a person have — hell it should be unlimited but the fact that this world is so painstakingly shallow not everyone has that acceptance and love. What happened to our humanity how could us as a whole be so horrible, even if there are people who don't see it we are broken. We have lost touch with who we are how to act and what were meant to become. Is that what our world has become of — what we've become of?
