blind to the world

everyday.
somehow
she knows about them
she knows how
the world can hurt
oh she knows
oh she knows
about the world.
she finds the love
and gives it away
feeling good
all around
not sure
what to do
she smiles
and scrunches her face
in confusion
and laughs
at how
the world works.
