The match end as Pyrrha wins again after her streak got put down by Temno, Glynda walk onto the stage. Cardin clutching onto his armor breastplate in pain as look towards Pyrrha, Glynda appeared behind him before he collapse. Signaling the end of the match as she calls it.

Glynda: Well done, Miss Nikos. You should have no problem qualifying for the tournament.

Pyrrha: Thank you, professor. *Nodded slightly*

Glynda: Alright. Now I know that's a tough act to follow, but we have time for one more match. Any volunteers?*She turned towards the student* 

Observing the student in their own seat, her eyes landed on Blake that is reading her novel.

Glynda: Miss Belladonna? 

Her ribbon on her head twitched, she put her book down as her head turned and look at Professor Glynda. Closing her book entirely.

Glynda: You have been rather docile for pass few classes, why don't yo-

Someone that's behind Blake raised up his hand, Temno eyes gaze towards the person. Mercury, wearing a grey arm guard for both side, gray and black track shirt and pants. It was normal at first until his eyes look down towards his leg, amputated.

Pyrrha: Me?

Glynda: I'm afraid Miss Nikos has just finished a match and is possibly tired, I recommend you choose another partner.

His eyes look towards at Mercury team, seeming suspicious of them. He use his eyes, he was in shock before it turned into a chuckled. Sighing deeply, he turn his head towards Mercury teammate. Cinder, she was looking at him after he chuckled.

Now both their eyes lock, like a conversation that was about to turn deep. Temno only put four finger in his mouth and lowered his jaw, she was weirded out as he smirk. Turning back towards the conversation up front.

Pyrrha: No, it's fine! I think I'd be fine. *She dismissed*

Temno: Nope, you won't. *Getting up from his seat*

Glynda: Mr. Cinny? Are you sure you won't injured Mercury with Semblance?

Temno: You got that right, I'll be using these fist of mine instead. *Putting his fist up* No using Power Up, just a fair fight....

Glynda: Is that okay with you, Mr. Black?

Mercury: *Scoffing, he groans* Ugh, Finee....

((Small Timeskip))

Now in the arena, Temno was rather looking a little solemn. Closing his gloved hand into fist, his smirk was no in the ordinary but rather sinister. His eyes twitched as he walk towards Mercury.

Temno: You know, it's been a looonnnggg time since I'd known some predicament that's about to happen.....

Mercury: What do you mean? *He tilt his head sideways, looking at him with a raised eyebrow*

Stopping his advance, Temno stand there in the center. 

Temno: I know what you've done.....

Pulling a smoke grenade from his two piece suit, pulling the pin as he throws it around the arena. It exploded as it covered up all of the student vision, but for Mercury. He look around trying to saw at least a shadow of him, but-

Temno: I got you~

In front of him, gripping onto his cranium like a life support. As his surrounding changes..... The smoke clears out but now, everything around him was black and white. He's in a forest with no sunlight but with buzzing noises.

A figure stare at him through the woods, it was pale humanoid figure with no face, ears or hair. The figure was naked but without genitals, it's skin was gray and glitching. It advance towards Mercury, he was in shock. He used his amputated leg to shoot out shotgun shells but it phased through the figure body.

Mercury: Oh the brothers no......No no no no no-

He was scared, hopeless even. Lowering his leg to run away but multiple hands come out of the ground and grip his thighs like a vice, pulling him down. His very fear appeared, the figure is in front of him. Putting their hand on his face.

He wanted to scream, scream until his lungs comes out like puking a pea that he choked. It was until it dawn onto him, he can't open his mouth or breathe throughout his nose. Looking down, his eyes widen to see he has no more mouth or nose, instead it was on the palm of the figure.

Then light closed up before opened back up, he was no longer in the gray forest but in an ocean that is gray but without a sound of an ocean wave. Only buzzing noises again, his head was started to stressed out.

Floating, he look around fast to find at least anything to hold onto. He sees an old grandfather clock in floating just right to his left, he swim towards it. 

But something was wrong.

He felt.....Tired?

No, not like normal tired but.....

It was as if he is getting older.

He look at his hand to see he's indeed getting older, as he kept getting closer and closer towards the grandfather clock. Until something emerge out of the ocean, he felt excruciating pain in his stomach. Feeling his intestine come out as if a hole was made there, he look down at the water and the color was getting darker so indeed also. A hole was made through his stomach.

In his hopeless moment, he gave up. Letting any creature below the ocean eat his alive as he kept getting older the more the ocean wave drag him towards the grandfather clock, it was only a matter of time until-

Lights closed up again, before he appeared. He tried to feel his body, sighing in relief as the lights around him lit up again. Now he was in a living room, an old vintage style with the same tone color which is gray. 

He is losing his mind, he wanted to think this is a dream but his mind always slipped to thinked as if this is his punishment for all his sins. A purgatory made for him, that he can't never get out. A place where there's only torture for all eternity.

His knees felt weak as he fall, kneeling down on the ground hopelessly. The place is distorted and glitchy, until he felt a sudden tap behind him. Turning around, his eyes widen in anger. It was Temno, how is he doing this? Why is he doing this?

Mercury: You.....What the hell-! *His voice was cut out as his tongue disappear*

Temno: Hush.....*Putting a finger on his closed mouth* He's coming.....In that door....

There's a knock from the front door, a person wearing a trench coat and a flat top hat bursting through the door. His head are all glitchy as he starts to walk towards Mercury.

???: Hey, you. You haven't payed your rents yet.

Mercury: Wh-w-

Temno: See you later....*Waving his hands as he disintegrate into smoke*

Temno vanished, now leaving him and the landlord. The place started to get distorted as the landlord voice spasm out.

???: Pay - rent - NOW!

The place crumbled as he sees the landlord hands starts to move towards his torso, any second now and he is going to die and live again. A hopeless time in an eternal purgatory.....

Smokes clears out, he sees Temno in front of him. He was back in the arena, his brain capacity ran out and so he passed out (bars or not bars?). His head fall first, he don't want to experience that feeling again. It was painful and terrifying to say the least.

Glynda: That concludes it, Temno Cinny wins.

Temno: Don't worry, It's not going to be your last....

That words was the last thing ever before Mercury passed out. Leaving out of the stage, Temno smirk at not his victory but something much more deep.

The future that is going to happen.
