I rolled over and stared at the time. 5.30. Perfect. I got up and threw on some fluro orange sport shorts and a grey Nike singlet top. I added a pink jumper to finish the job. I sneaked quietly out the front door and jogged around the block a few times. When I got back I checked the time. 6.15. I got back into bed and fell asleep.
"Lexa wake up!"I open my eyes and stare at my dad. I looked at my clock and sat up. " omigod I have 15 minutes before school starts!" I sit up and start getting ready. " I'll take you later,"my dad smiles. I get up and throw on a pair of black shorts, hot pink T-shirt and a black jacket, putting my Nikes and ran down stairs. On the kitchen table a croissant and orange juice waited for me I smiled at my dad and drank my orange juice and grabbed the croissant, and 5 bucks for lunch. I kissed my dad goodbye and grabbed my bag as I ran out the door. When I reached school I spotted blake and Callie and ran over to them. I looked at Callie and saw mascara running down her face. I reached her and saw looking down. "omigod what's wrong!" she showed me her iPhone.

I wrapped her up in a hug and looked at her,"don't waste your time on idiots like him,"I smiled,"tonight we can have asleep over and have fun together, ok?"Callie wiped away her tears and smiled, "ok,"I hugged her again before the bell rang.
"Thank god it's Friday!" I smiled as we walked home. " I know right" I was glad she was happy. I said bye to her and she said that she would come around 5.00. I went in and my dad was in the kitchen on the phone talking. " oh she just got in now" he said smiling at me,"here she is" he handed me the phone "hello?"I asked " honey hi!" Mum! My mum and dad split up when I was 6 and she lives 2 hours away. I love staying with her. my mum and I chatted until the doorbell rang. " sorry but I've got to go,"we hung up and I opened the door,"hey come in,"my smile slipped as I looked at the person standing on my door step.
