"You can't use your powers until you have had training." Max replied
"Fine, but by the way, you have $17.00 in your shoe, and a month old piece of turkey in your pocket." I said.
We laughed so hard our stomachs hurt.
I leaned my head on his shoulder.
" When are we going to tell your parents? Don't they want to know I'm like you?" I asked
"Lets wait a bit. They gotta get used to you."

"This is so nice ."I said, slurping down my chicken noodle soup.
"This is great food too."
"This is cool. A super her-"
"Shhhhh. Do you want us to go into hiding!?" Max asked.
"No, but-"
He cut me off.
"Just kidding." He laughed.
He used his heat breath to make his burger warm.
"Can you tell what is in the meat?" he asked
"Pork, Steak, Sausage, and bacon." I said
Max to a big bite of the burger. Yum.
"It's getting late. Let's get going."
