I smiled. "Gamsahabnida." I bowed and went back to my seat.

I'm on the famous show Weekly Idol.

The same two host still air. I was quite surprised. I was sure they'd retire by now. Guess they love what they do, I don't blame them.

Doni: So..you're stage name is JJ, correct?

I nodded. "Yes, JJ."

Defconn: But your real name is Jodi. Jung Jodi, is that why you're stage name is JJ? Because of your initials?

I smiled proudly. "Yes, Jung Jodi. And yes, that is exactly the reason why. My manager thought of it."

Doni: Your father's J-Hope, the former member of the former group BTS. Right?

I nodded. "Yes, that's right." I chuckled.

Defconn: How do feel being the son of a former idol? Actually..the question is. How do you feel to be following your father's footsteps?

I smiled widely. I've been waiting for someone to ask me that. I cleared my throat.

"When I was 4, I was at the last stage of BTS. My whole family was there. Even my cousins."

Doni: Ah. Your cousins? As in.. Park Noah-Junior, Min Jae-joon and Min Eunbi. Right?

I nodded. "Yes, also my brothers. Mason and Luke. Ha."

Defconn: You guys are scarily familiar.

I laughed. "What?"

Defconn: Like..if the three of you were here, I'd be so confused and I wouldn't be able to tell you three apart.

I laughed.

Doni: Ya! Enough about how scarily familiar he is to his brothers.

I couldn't help but laugh.

They gestured me to continue.

"I remember my mom was holding on to me as I watched my dad perform his last stage. At the grande finale, my dad gestured I'd go out on stage. Again. Man.." I smiled remembering the feeling. "When I heard and saw the screaming fans..a feeling rose within me and I couldn't help but fall for my destiny."

Defconn: Destiny?

"Yep. That was when I decided I wanted to be just like my dad."

They smiled and nodded.

Doni: You resemble him a lot. And you truly are continuing a legacy he started.

I smiled. "Thank you."

Defconn: You can rap, sing, dance. You can do it all just like your father did back in the days.

I giggled.

My dad has had the biggest impact on me. I love my old man more than anything.

Defconn: Now..JJ, I know this may be a bit of a personal question but... fans say that your Korean is a bit.. well off. How do you feel about that?

I sighed. "Well..don't get me wrong. I am mixed."
