After getting our nails and hair done, and finding something to wear for tonight, we were now at my place getting ready.
Before going to pick Tamia up, my nigga Jb called me up and told me that he was coming home for good. After we graduated high school, he went off to the navy to become a Marines Officer. When we was in high school, Tamia had the biggest crush on the nigga. She don't know that he in town so he's gonna surprise her tonight at the club.
"Biiiiiitch look at you!" Tamia had on a 2 piece high split black dress with sleeves and red bottoms.
"I try girl, I try." She said flipping her hair. "But look at you!" I was wearing a voile white bodycon backless dress.
"Girl we look too fine." I said.

We pulled up at the club Gold Room and it was too live and the line was long. Lucky for us I knew the club owner so we got in without waiting. When we walked in, niggas was looking at us with lustful eyes while bitches was mean mugging . I mean why wouldn't they?
U Mad by Vic Mensa and Kanye West was playing while we walked up to VIP and we started getting the drinks coming and was dancing.
"Girl this club is nice as fuck." Tamia said looking around .
"I know. We goin have to come here more often. "
"My nigga is 22, aye turn up turn up" I said dancing.
"Yessssss bitch." And then she started twerking while I laughed. As we were drinking and dancing, we seen Taylor come up to us and then that hoe Keisha. Why the fuck is she here?
"Hey girl, happy birthday." Taylor said to Tamia giving her a present. She said thank you and it instantly became quiet.
"Jayla you can't speak to somebody ." Keshia said. This bitch really has the nerve to actually talk to me.
"Why the fuck are you talking to me hoe ? And why are you here? I didn't invite you to come along." I said looking at her up and down.
"Taylor invited me ." She said smartly.
"Why did you bring her up here? You know I don't like her." I said looking at her side ways.
"I thought that y'all could get along and get over --"
"It's not your place to try to make me and her become friends. I don't like her for a reason, can't you see that's why I don't fuck with her?" I said becoming pissed off her ass tryna be "peacemaker" all of a sudden.
"Well I was just tryna help." She said .
"Well your help is not needed." I said sitting back in my seat.
"Girl you got problems, you cranky as shit. That's why you ain't got no nigga" Keisha said smirking.
I got up out my seat cause I don't take shit kindly when you tryna talk down on me while you standing up talking shit.
"Bitch you don't know shit about me so I advice you to shut the fuck up and mind yo business. " I said in her face. Bitch didn't even say nothing else with that stupid ass smirk on her face.
"You and her need to leave now cause I'm suppose to be having fun on my birthday and y'all come in here with this bullshit." Tamia said to Taylor. People started staring at us, and this is not the type of attention that is needed.
"And who is you ? You don't know me and I don't know you and so don't come at me with some slick shit. Fuck I look like ?" Keshia said to Tamia while Taylor was holding her back. Bich wasn't even finna do shit. I hate when females do that. Try to get loud and shit tryna cause a scene.
"Hoe I will fuck you up! Taylor you better get yo two dollar hoe ass friend outta my fucking presence." Tamia was mad as fuck at this point. All this would have been avoided if Keisha wasn't here.
"Y'all can just leave cause y'all starting to cause a scene." I said as Taylor tried to apologize and take Keisha downstairs while she was still talking shit.
"Girl my bad. I didn't mean to pop off on her ass like that cause I know this is your birthday ." I said while sitting back down.
"Girl I ain't tripping cause it ain't even your fault. That hoe just came in here and started talking slick shit. She lucky she didn't get her ass beat." She said pouring her another drink.
My phone went off and I checked it seeing that I had a message

Me:ight here I come
"Well anyways, I got a surprise for you ." I said smiling.
"What ? Girl what you do ?" She said looking at me suspicious.
"I'll be back with your surprise." I said standing up .
"Oh shit. I'm scared to see this surprise." She said as I started walking out.
"Hey Jb." I said giving him a hug.
"It's been four years nigga. How you been ?"I asked him as we started walking in.
"I know, and I been making it. Just glad that I'm back home." He said smiling while looking around the club.
"Yeah. Well come on so she can see you." We walked up the stairs to see Tamia looking down at her phone.
"Wassup Tamia." Jb said.
She slowly looked up from from her phone and stood up in front of him.
"Jb? Scrawny Jb?? Damn you glo'd up." She said as he chuckled.
"Well can I get a hug?" He asked with his arms open. She walked into his arms and hugged him as they swung from side to side . He looked down at her and she looked up at him still in his arms smiling. Awww I thought smiling at them.
"Hey Jayla I'll take her home tonight " he said looking at me.
"Okay well ima finna go home. Talk to y'all later." I said as I walked going to my car.

Next day
I got up early this morning around 6:30 and decided to walk to the park just for some exercise.
When I got their I saw that there was some men playing basketball at the court while I was walking.
I was listening to my music through the earphones that I didn't hear the basketball roll over to me. I took out one of my earphones as a man was jogging up to me. Damn I thought as I looked him over. Chiseled chest, tone arms, brown shiny skin. He was too fine.
"Hey ma I'm sorry about ." He said looking down at me. And that voice
"Your fine. I mean your fine by accidentally letting the ball roll over here. I mean you are fine too, but --yeah." I said kinda embarrassed. He chuckled. He looked at me for a little too long for my liking.
"Is something wrong?" I asked looking up at him.
"Jayla? Ain't yo name Jayla?" He asked looking at me? How does he know my name? I thought. I don't think I know him but he does kinda-- wait that's Lj!
"Lj? Lj from the club?" I asked.
"In the flesh baby." He said smiling. Ugh his smile is too perfect.
"What you doing here?" He asked as I gave him the basketball.
"Just walking around." I really didn't wanna see him. Like I'm in my workout outfit, my hair is in a messy bun, this shit is not cute

"Oh coo. Well I was wondering if we could exchange numbers, you know to get to know each other?" He said.
"Sure." He pulled put his phone as I pulled out mine . We exchanged numbers and now I was about to leave.
"Well ima text you later on after I leave here to see when we can link up, alright ma?" He said while walking beside me.
"Yeah that's cool. I'll talk to you later."I waved and walked back home.

After getting out the shower, my phone went off and I had got a text.
My bae Lj : wassup ma. Wyd tomorrow? He is not my damn bae. Let me change his name real quick.

Lj: wanna do something tomorrow round 4?
Me:sure. What you got in mind?
Lj: that's for me ta know and you to find out when we get their. Be ready round 4 tomorrow
