So the dance is only 1 week away and luke still hasn't asked me! But he has been really nice and sweet (he always is tho)! But anyways when i got to school on thursday i was surprised to see luke reading!

Even tho he kinda likes reading its rare to see him read sometimes! As i walked up to him Dallon (Dallon is a boy i went out with before Luke we broke up cuz he cheated on me with missy!) came up and looked at me and said "oh hey trisha i wanted to ask if u were going to the dance." I said "yeah i am why?" Dallon said "are you going with anyone?"

"Luke hasn't asked me yet but i know he will." Dallon said "oh well if u change your mind just tell me." Luke who now looked mad said "why did he just say that?" To calm him down i hugged him and replied "i don't know but don't worry I'm not going away from you any time."

He blushed and did his cheeky smile where he squints his eyes and smiles so big that his cheeks are huge i adore that smile. But the rest of the morning was the same old thing. At lunch i was talking to lilina about the whole Dallon thing and she said "ok thats weird that ur ex asked you to the dance when you have a boyfriend."

I nodded in agreement. I can always talk to lilina about anything,she has been my friend since my first day at ben Franklin in 2nd grade but now were in middle school and i can still tell her anything!

As we were walking into the pool Mike whispered something into Luke's ear and he looked down at his pocket and said "yep i have it don't worry." I thought that it must be money or something stupid so i just forgot about it. But later Luke told me to ask to go to the bathroom so he could show me.

When we were in the hall he told me to wait while he went to the bathroom. After he went into the bathroom i heard some one say "why is a pretty girl like you all alone in the hall." I looked and saw it was Dallon.

"Look Dallon I'm sorry but i don't like you i have a boyfriend in fact I'm waiting for him right now." After i said that he walked over to me and grabbed me. "Let go of me now Dallon!" I yelled. But instead of letting go he did something way worse: he kissed me.

As soon as he kissed me i saw someone walk out of the bathroom. I finally pushed Dallon off and saw that it was like. He stood there surprised and had a paper in his hand. "Luke its not what it looks like he grabbed me and and that happened."

Luke said with tears flowing down his face "i don't care i saw what you did and if you didn't want him to do that then why didn't stop him." After that Luke dropped the paper and started to run away. I pushed dallon out of the way picked up the note and ran after Luke.

Once he got up to the third floor i gave up and ran into the closest girls bathroom. Ive never been so upset i just tried to hold back the tears but it was no use they needed to come. I looked at the paper the cover said "to the most beautiful girl from the coolest guy (me luke).

I gave a little smile. I read the note... . "Hey trish so u know how sometimes i can be a super shy idiot, well that happened this week. I wanted to ask u to the dance all this week but i either chickened out or actually forgot. But anyways i had Mike help me write this note because I'm a shy idiot. But anyways do u want to go to the dance with me?💖 Luke."

After i read the note i cried and just cried. A few minutes later i heard someone walking down the hall. They were getting closer i could tell it was a girl but who? The person walked into the bathroom and said "Trish are you ok,Mike's trying to find Luke i know your in here Dallon saw you guys go up the stairs so i figured to check all the girls bathrooms and this is the last one."

I knew who it was it was lilina! I said "i ruined it, it was all dallon's fault now luke hates me and its all thanks to that stupid idiot!" When i came out of the stall i saw lilina standing there. "I know this isn't a good time for you and whats that in your hand?"

"Read it, this was one reason he was really upset." When she was done reading she gave me a big hug and said "I'm going to text Mike and see where he is."

So Mike did find luke but for some reason he said not to come down (they were on the 1st floor). Lilina had me clean my face so i didn't look ugly because my face was red and just horrible. We saw Mike at the bottom of the stairs and the more we got close the more he whispered to go away.

We kept coming down when we got to him he was scared and tried to get me up the stairs but i didn't go. Mike wouldn't let me pass the door but lilina moved him out of the way. He was right i didn't want to come down cuz what i saw was horrifying: Luke was hugging Jessie!

I almost screamed but lilina covered my mouth. But Dallon saw me and said "oh look who came to join the party." Luke and jessie looked over and when they saw me the gave me a dirty glare. I saw Dallon and missy standing next to each other laughing. Lilina whispered in my ear "i know you want to say some stuff and i cant believe I'm saying this but go."

I walked right up to Luke first and said "i cant believe you would do this i didn't want Dallon to kiss me he just grabbed me and he made it so i couldn't let go but this isn't fake, why would you do this to me i never have done anything wrong to you that was Dallon's fault and I'm so mad that you don't even believe me so I'm not your girlfriend anymore."

I said some very different words to Jessie and missy. When i got up to Dallon i said " thanks alot why do you have to ruin my life first you cheat on me in the beginning of the year and now you mess up my relationship." After i said that i slapped Dallon so hard he fell to the ground.

Then i just screamed a little more until the point where lilina grabbed me and had to tie me to the stairs with her scarf. I started to cry and cry. Before the bell rang she untied me and said "we are going to fix this i promise."

I said "i don't like him what he did was just wrong i didn't know that Dallon was going to do that.". In 7th period i told Kameel what happened and she was so surprised she was in hush mode. By 8th period all of 6 grade knew what happened.

The kids that were on my side gave me candy and gave me hugs and said things like "im so sorry" or "its going to be ok". I was so scared to go to 9th period (gym) because i have luke,Dallon,and missy in my class!

I just hanged out with lilina and mostly everyone was talking to me asking questions. When we got up into the gym there was a sub for the boys. Today we were doing dodgeball. I ended up having Luke,lilina,Dallon,and kevin on my team with a few others.

Lilina stayed right next to me. Someone must have told kevin because once he saw Luke he looked super mad! I showed lilina and she said "well Luke's probably going to be beat up." I said "ok."
