As Leni scrolled through her phone, a soft smile appeared on her lips. Her gallery was filled with photos from the day, but two stood out. The first was a selfie they had taken right before the ceremony began. As always, Risa had been the one to hold the phone, her arm stretched out as she angled the shot just right. It had become a habit—Risa loved teasing Leni about their height difference, making sure the angle emphasized how much taller she was. Cute mo, Love. Ang liit mo beside me. Risa would always say. Leni didn't mind; she found the whole thing adorable. She always tilted her head slightly upward, her tiny dimples peeking out just as Risa's eye smile lit up the frame.

The second photo had been taken by one of the wedding staff before the ceremony. It was a casual shot, capturing the two of them standing close, smiling at the camera. The senator's hands were at the back, almost instinctively reaching for Leni's waist as if it was a muscle memory.

Leni's smile deepened as she take a look on both pictures. She hesitated for a moment, considering the reactions this might get. They have been always aware of their shippers—who calls them as LenRisa— their supporters who had long speculated about their closeness. Theories had circulated online for years, fueled by little moments like these: subtle glances, shared smiles, and the rare but deliberate mentions of each other in interviews or posts.

She chuckled softly, thinking about how excited their shippers would be. Abangan ninyo. The caption, after all, was bound to release their kilig.

With a mischievous grin, she uploaded the photos to her Instagram Story. Her caption was simple but deliberate: "My favorite senator 😘"

The emoji was intentional. It wasn't one she used often in public posts, but it had a special place in their private messages. The said emoji had become her go to whenever she wanted to tease or flirt with her girlfriend, and now she couldn't resist slipping it into this post.

She sat beside Leni at the wedding reception, a glass of wine in hand. They had just finished dinner, and the dance floor was starting to fill up with people eager to celebrate the newly wed couple. Leni, always calm and composed, was chatting with a few old friends nearby, but Risa found herself distracted by her phone.

She scrolled mindlessly through Instagram, half listening to the conversation around her. That was when a notification popped up:

Leni Robredo added to their story.

Curious, the senator immediately tapped on the notification, not expecting much—until she saw the photo.

She couldn't help but smile, replaying the moment in her head. But as she continued to stare at the photo, something caught her attention.

Risa's smile faltered when she realized that the lawyer had yet to follow her back on Instagram. She blinked, staring at the screen for a moment, processing the slight. "Wait... she still doesn't follow me?"

Her smile disappeared, and she sat back in her chair with a dramatic sigh, pouting at her phone.

She had just been called Leni's favorite senator—on Instagram, no less—but somehow, that didn't feel like it meant as much without the official follow.

Still seated beside the lawyer, Risa couldn't help but glance at her girlfriend, who was laughing at something one of the wedding guests said. She felt an exaggerated pout cross her face as she crossed her arms, sulking silently, hoping Leni would notice her unspoken disappointment.

A few moments later, her phone lit up with a message.

Leni: Nagtatampo po ba ang baby ko? Bakit naka simangot? 😅
