Part 9

(after the beach)

Mals POV
I was sitting on my bed real stiff shaking nervously. I feel terrible about what happened on the beach the other night. I couldn't help but overthink how bad it's gonna affect Scott. I never wanted to hurt him. I have to choose between two really great guys but I already know what my heart wants.

I quickly grab my shoes and headed out the door

*knocking at door continuously*

"Mal? What are you doing here"

He asked me that I didn't want to waste any time I quickly rushed into his arms kissing him.

He pulls away

"Woah....Mal what are you doing?"

"I wanna be with you stiles"

He looked down wiping his mouth and shaking his head. I can feel him gripping the side of my jacket harder while still holding me.

"I'm sorry is this not what you wanted?"

"No it's just Scott's my Bestfriend and at first it may have been a joke but I would give anything to take this all back and never had tried messing with him in the first place"

"He really likes you?" He adds

"Take it all back?" I question

"Yes I was never supposed to fall for you but I did"

I pull away slowly

"You regret the other night?" I ask

"Of course not but I think you should handle this the right way before we rush into anything promise me"

"I promise" I tell him as he reaches and kisses my forehead

"Good night" he tells me

"Night" I say back as he slowly shuts the door

Next day (at school)
"Hey Mal" Erica says as I'm standing at my locker

She still has no idea I slept with her brother I know if I tell her she'll never forgive me. I also promised stiles I would do things the right way so I kept quiet to prevent Scott from finding out from someone else.

"Hey"

"I feel like we haven't talked in a while"

"Yeah just been busy" I say loading books in my locker not looking at her"

"You okay?" She asks

"I'm great we'll catch up soon I promise" I say walking away

Erica's POV
"What did you do now" I say sitting next to him

He tenses up nervously scattering through his books after I made him loose focus.

"Well hello to you too sis I was here studying by the way"

"I don't care about your school work Stilinski what did you do?"

"Stilinski? We're siblings doofus we have the same parents"

"Stiles!"

"Nothing I have no idea what you're talking about"

"Really?"

He shook his head at me shrugging his shoulder I knew he was lying by his body language he starts to get nervous and uncomfortable.

"Okay brother so I'm thinking of a word on a count of 123.... 1....2....3..."

"MALIA!" We both shout 

"HA I knew it. Works everytime now spill"

"Nothing to spill"

He doesn't look at me

"You are such a liar dude if you don't tell me right now I'm gonna...." I hesitate

"You're gonna what?"

I quickly started stuttering

"Yeah that's what I thought" he says

"You tell me or I tell dad you were the one who put that dent in his sheriffs car last year"

"You wouldn't!"

"Try me big brother cause I will"

"Fine"

"The night of the bonfire something happened"

"And what's that"

He braces himself for a minute adjusting her shoulders and clearing his throat

"Me and..."

"Me and Malia may or may not have hooked up"

"You and Malia!" I yell

"Keep your voice down!"

"No wonder she was acting all weird earlier"

"How so"

"Stiles she wouldn't even look at me when I tried talking to her"

"Well Scott doesn't know" he tells me

"You guys are wrong you know that?"

"Thanks sis that makes me feel much better"

"Do either of you plan to tell him"

"Yes"

"This mean you guys are getting back together?" I ask

"Not quite I told Malia to handle it right she said she's going to go talk to him tonight"

"Have you told her yet"

"No I want to just waiting for the right moment"

I slowly began smiling and he noticed it.

"Don't"

"Awwww my big brother is so in love"

"Stop it"

"I'm happy that's all she's good for you I'm sorry but you and Lydia were just way too toxic"

"I know"

"Well big brother let me know what happens I gotta get to class"

"See ya"

Malias POV
"Hey babe" I hear Scott say from behind me

He threw his book bag down next to me.

"Hi" I say getting hesitant about being close to him

I couldn't handle him even putting his hands on me I felt weird about letting him considering I hooked up with his Bestfriend but I couldn't let him know that so I tried acting normal.

"What you doing tonight?"

"Don't know yet why?" I ask

"There's something I want to talk to you about tonight you wanna swing by my house around like 8?"

I hesitated for a second. I wonder what he wants to talk about. Does he know? All these questions start to run through my head

"Is everything okay?" I question

"Of course why wouldn't they be" he says smiling

"See you tonight then?

"Yeah" I say

He quickly kisses me on the cheek and gets up to leave
