Nicole's P.O.V

I slammed the driver's side door and buckled up before putting the key in the ignition to get rolling. Namjoon finished loading our luggage into the trunk of our SUV and slid into the passenger to see my glower. A return of a bewilderment came my way as he just looked around and back to me not understanding my irritation.

"Why are you looking at me like that," he exclaimed.

"Because I see why you're deaf now. The music was loud as hell when I turned on the car and it scared me." I said keeping my eyes on the road.

"I'm not deaf. I have hard hearing sometimes, there's a difference," he said laughing a bit.

"Either way you can't hear me when I tell you to do the dishes or cook dinner," I retorted back laughing. Silence.

We pulled onto economy A parking and began unloading the luggage before walking to the nearest shuttle stop. I texted the vehicle location to Namjoon and sent him a picture before the shuttle came by. A man stepped out and took my bag before helping me onto the bus. Namjoon had mad sure to put our suitcases together before sitting next to me. He took out his phone and made a sort or affirming noise to let me know he got the message. I leaned my head on his shoulder and asked him if he was hungry. He leaned his head on top of mine and held my hand just giving me a low "yeah".

We arrived at the airport and went checked our bags before making it to TSA. We got in line and began unpacking the electronics. Our jackets followed suit and then our shoes. Namjoon accidentally stubbed his toe on one of the conveyor supports and had to take a second to collect himself. Everyone had heard..... My fiance was now gripping the side of the conveyor belt trying not to yell. I rubbed his back before walking through the x-ray machine. He soon trailed behind and caught up. I looked down at my phone and saw the time, 8:50. I looked up and slapped Namjoon's chest harshly. He looked at me as if I had insulted him.

"It's 8:50, the plane boards in 5 minutes," I told him through my teeth.

"Where is our gate....B9. B gates are back where we came from and to the left I think," he said springing into action. A short speed walk and we heard the fated words. Now boarding for  Ilsan, South Korea. We walked up to the desk handing them our tickets with a slight exasperated look. When we boarded and sat in our seats, I took out my laptop and started trying to logon to the in flight wifi..

"Already," he asked leaning over my shoulder.

"Its my report for Criminal Justice," I told him with a shrug as I opened Google Docs.

"You procrastinated again didn't you," he stated rather than asked me.

"Why are you even asking me this? You know I did," I told him as I connected to the WiFi. He sighed as the pilot began to speak. His run down of the time, temperature, flight duration, and weather was fairly quick. A flight attendant quickly began speaking and going over the seat belt and emergency instructions. I put my laptop away for a few minutes as our take off was set in motion. This 17 hour flight was about to grueling, but frankly my grade if this assignment wasn't turned in would be even worse. In all fairness a 17 hour flight would be the most opportune time to catch up in my online classes and maybe catch up on my text messages.

After our 17 hour flight had come to an end, Namjoon woke me by hitting the side of my head. He began getting our bags out of the overhead bin and packing up our blankets and pillows while I put up all of our tech. I slid into the aisle and followed Namjoon out into the airport and down to baggage claim just before his phone rang. Namjoon stepped off to the side as I waited for the conveyor belt to start circling our luggage through. Before I knew it, the buzzer sounded and everyone's suitcases started being moved along and taken by their owners.

I was met by Namjoon's parents after getting our bags and led to their car. They immediately asked me if I was hungry and that if I was we could stop by a restaurant and eat before we went to their house for the night. I shook my head and told his mom that I was more tired than hungry in all honesty. She sucked her tongue before making a sound from the back of her throat letting me know she was a bit disappointed but understood. I leaned my head on Namjoon's shoulder as I held his hand. Before I knew it I was getting a pat on my head for me to wake.

Joon brought in a suitcase and rolled it into the room we were staying in for the night since it was almost 11. Mom handed me a pair of house shoes before Joon gave me a set of nightwear only to her to tell me to hold on and get me a pair of shower shoes. I guess they want me clean, frankly I don't blame them. All I was able to do was put my clothes on the sink and strip down to my underwear before a knock came through. His mom came to tell me she made us a snack to eat before bed and to make sure I ate something. I thanked her and asked her to get some rest since I didn't want Namjoon and I to disrupt anything. Silence. I came out of the shower and sat at the table while Namjoon went into the bathroom. Mom was sitting across from me before she stood up and made me a bowl of something. She came back and slid a bowl of kimchi soup and rice towards me while gesturing me to eat. I tried to reassure her I wasn't hungry but the gesture kept getting more hasty. Before I knew it Namjoon came out of the bathroom in his pajamas and slid my bowl over to another seat which he quickly took.

Mom stared at him in disbelief as she turned around to make another bowl. She kept telling him that he needs to start feeding me more if he wants a healthy child only for him choking on soup and rice to be his rebuttal. She slid another bowl of kimchi soup and rice to me, but her hand never left the spoon. Quickly, she dipped the spoon into the soup and shoved it in my mouth saying her son deserved a healthy wife. As I was chewing the tofu and kimchi ,she reached over me to Joon's bowl and shoved a spoonful of rice in his mouth. Dad came from their room and kept saying that we were adults and that we didn't need to be fed, only to get waved off. He sighed and asked if she could make him a bowl as well only to be told the dish's whereabouts. I could do nothing but accept the woman essentially shoveling food into my mouth until dad came to the table with two bowls of rice and two of soup. He got a spoons for them and set up a place for the both of them.

"Eat! I deserve a healthy wife too!" Mom looked at him and told him to eat his food. He grabbed a spoonful of rice and shoved it in her mouth before muttering about how she hasn't eaten all day from excitement. She patted my back and went to go sit down. Namjoon was more than halfway finished with his food, but I was about the halfway mark. I saw Joon dump the rest of his rice into the soup and mix it up before finishing it off. His mom reached across the table and pinched his cheek while exclaiming how she's glad her baby didn't lose his appetite. My food was finished at the cost of my stomach being extremely full. Namjoon and I thanked mom for the meal before retreating to the room and plopping down onto the bed. I rolled onto my side and asked if he could rub my stomach because I was uncomfortably full.
