"He's not there."

"What do you mean he's not there?"

"Literally, he's not there." Tennis Ball guided GB to Gelatin's room.

"He's not here." GB said confused.

"That's what I told you!"

"Wait, but..." GB entered the room. "The window... He escaped!" GB was now angry.

"Sigh... I guess we'll have to search him, there's nothing else we can do about it..."

"Ugh... He wasn't supposed to go out yet! He could get hurt or maybe-... How did I let that happen...??"

"GB. It isn't your fault that he escaped, we were sleeping. We just can't be 24/7 taking care of him. We're not his parents. We just decided to do the right thing, he was literally dying, but now look! He's walking again! Don't worry GB, we'll find him, and then we'll take care of everything else..."

"You're right TB... Thanks."

"Let's go then." He smiled at her.

They went out, and started searching from the window. They tried to think like Gelatin would, and so they went anywhere they thought that he would find interesting.

"About the suspects..." TB added while walking.

"Yeah? What about them?"

"Well, yesterday I thought that they need someone to keep them guard."

"Let's get somebody to do that later." GB kept walking.

The balls kept searching until they saw Fries, he stopped them.

"You should be more careful with that Gelatin!"

"How do you know abou-?" Golf Ball asked him suspiciously.

"Found him lying on the floor, took him to my house, he hasn't opened his eyes yet."

"Why didn't you brought him to us?!" GB was annoyed.

"I tried to, but you guys weren't home."

"Can we please go there and see him?"

Fries nodded and guided them to his house.

"Here he is." Fries then opened the door where Gelatin was resting.

"Hey...! I was sleeping!" Gelatin said still lying in a bed with his eye closed. "You're way too loud!" He sat down grabbed his head and opened his eye.

When he saw them in front of him multiple images of last night crossed his mind.

It's the only way they'll believe me! It's your fault if they end up punishing me instead of him!

I risked my life to save yours! And this is how you thank me??

I expected more of you...

His attitude drastically changed.

"Guys! Guys!! I-!" Gelatin said quickly with nervousness.

Now go back to the lab and tell everyone what you remembered! That way I'll be free and he's going to be punished for what he did to you!

"I remembered something!!" Gelatin exclaimed.

"Wait... Really??!" TB was surprised. "Last night you didn't re-"

"Tell us immediately!" GB was impatient.

"That object that was at the lab yesterday, she protected me!"
