Days had passed since Yeji had last stepped outside, and the family insisted she needed fresh air. Ryujin decided to take her out, knowing Yeji was still adjusting to everything. Solar and Moonbyul also went with them but were shopping in a different store.

As they walked through the lively streets, Ryujin felt eyes on them. Her instincts screamed danger. Without making it obvious, she subtly scanned their surroundings.

That's when she saw them—three men trailing Yeji a little too closely.

Keeping a neutral expression, Ryujin slipped her hand into her pocket and sent a quick message.

Ryujin: (whispering) We have shadows. Three men. Handle it.

Within moments, Solar's voice came through her earpiece.

Solar: "Yeah, we see them. Our guys are on it."

Ryujin smirked slightly. A well-trained team moved in, blending seamlessly into the crowd. The men following Yeji had no idea they were being hunted.

Yeji, completely unaware, turned to Ryujin with a soft smile.

Yeji: "What should we do next?"

Ryujin, suppressing the amusement in her voice, responded smoothly.

Ryujin: "Ice cream."

_______________

Little Flower tugged on Yeji's hand, dragging her toward the counter.

Little Flower: "Come on, Angel! Pick a flavor!"

Yeji hesitated, then finally pointed.

Yeji: "Strawberry."

Ryujin raised an eyebrow. "Strawberry?"

Yeji: "What's wrong with strawberry?"

Ryujin: "Basic."

Yeji scoffed. "And what did you get?"

Ryujin took a slow bite of her dark chocolate ice cream. "Something with actual flavor."

Before Yeji could fire back, Little Flower giggled mischievously and smudged ice cream on Yeji's nose.

Yeji: "Hey!"

Little Flower: (giggling) "You looked too serious, Angel!"

Yeji wiped her nose, playfully narrowing her eyes. "Oh, you're in trouble now."

Little Flower shrieked and ran, Yeji chasing her while laughing.

Ryujin watched them, a rare soft smile on her lips.

__________

At the arcade, Little Flower dragged Ryujin toward a dance game.

Little Flower: "I challenge you, unnie!"

Ryujin rolled her eyes but stepped onto the platform.

Moments later, everyone—including Yeji—stared in shock as Ryujin flawlessly dominated the hardest level.

Yeji: "What the hell—how are you this good?"

Ryujin: (smirking) "I don't lose."

Yeji shook her head. "Remind me never to bet money against you."

They moved to a shooting game. Yeji was struggling. Badly.
