I gasp. I can't believe the sight before my eyes. It can't be true, it must be a dream. I pinch my shoulder, only to feel pain.

Ok this is not a dream.

I run over and pull her out from under the water as fast as I can. How long has she been underwater? Or unconscious?

I check for a pulse, i cant feel it in the right place. God don't tell me she's dead! I raise my ear over her mouth. She's not breathing! I feel for a pulse again, I wait and wait. When i'm just about to give up I feel it, so faint but it's there. Thank god!

I begin CPR, I pump my hands on her chest. It's not working! I close my eyes, never in my life did I think I'd do this! I lean down, all so slowly and press my lips on hers. Aggghhhhh!!! I then begin pumping again. While doing so I quickly grab my mobile from my pocket and call the ambulance. Putting it on speaker phone. I continue pumping.

"Police, Fire, Ambulence!"

"Ambulence!" I say before putting my lips back on hers.

"Hello. Dianne speaking, how may I help you?" I continue pumping.

"My friend tried drowning herself In the bath, she's unconscious. I'm giving her CPR! 9 Kalik street!" I say before hanging up in a rush.

I feel tears leaking out if my eyes as I place my shaking lips on hers once more. Helping her breathe.

I stop for a second, feeling her pulse. She's still alive!

I continue CPR for the next few minutes until I hear sirens down the street.

I hear a knock at the door. That's them. How can I answer them, I can't leave her here! I need to keep her alive. I give one more press before frantically opening the window.

"COME IN! We're up here!" I shout, they look up at me and nod, before entering the house.

A few minutes later they find the room and run from down the hallway. Carrying their medical equipment. There is three of them.

"Hi, I'm doctor Mackenzie!" a young man says needing beside me. He takes over.

"What happened?" he questions me.

"Drowned herself!" I pout.

"We're going to take her to the hospital."

"Will she live?" I ask. He looks down at her figure.

"I'm sorry but..."
