Amara
Dean's *P.O.V*
Amara. Amara King. Normal girl turns princess. It's a classic. But this time, it's real. Very much so. It strikes home everytime I think about it. She was average once, like me maybe. But no, I'm below average... I have to remember that. That, and she was still above average before she was princess. I just know it.
I first met Amara King when I was walking through the "forest." It was daily routine for me to walk through the trees after the chaos had calmed down. Yes, there was chaos daily. The real question is, when isn't there chaos?
This is exactly what I was thinking as I was walking down my daily path before I slammed right into something- or someone rather.
"OW!" A feminine voice exclaimed. Why did she sound familiar?
"Oh-oh! I'm so sorry! Are you okay?" I said, a little worried as to what a girl was doing out here alone.
Then as my eyes started to adjust to the darkness I saw her nodd, then I saw her face. My jaw dropped as I realize who I was standing in front of, who I had just slammed into...
It was her. The princess... I would get in so much trouble if I were caught out here alone with her.
So, I did what any smart man would do, I apologized again and rushed away so I wouldn't get caught. Why had they let her out here without a guard?!
Damn it, I hope she won't remember me... I sure will remember her.. The moonlight outlined her shape perfectly, I wish I could have gotten a better look. I was dying to see what the princess truly looked like.
But, I moved my mind on to other things quickly, I shouldn't be thinking these things about the princess...

After seeing the princess in the woods that night I had been trying extra hard to get a position where I would be able to see her more. I had the credentials to tutor her in all of her subjects if she needed it, and I have applied to be a server. Now, all I had to do was wait.
About a week or so later I had gotten a message from Mr. Forester saying that she had been failing her classes so she was in desperate need of a tutor A.S.A.P, and I was more than willing.
He gave me a room near the kitchen so I was near her if she need help after class. Man, she must have been having a really rough time... But hey, I'm not complaining... Free food.
Anyways after I was all set up, I went for a walk to get aqquainted with the building, that and I just love walking.
So I began to learn the different corridors and wings and what their uses were. Eventually I reached the corridor leading to the princess' wing and that's when I heard splashing.
Splashing? In a mansion? Was there actually a pool? Curious, I found a door and walked through to find myself standing on the deck of one giant indoor pool, with one princess swimming laps.
I can't believe there was an actual pool, and better yet, I can't believe the princess was in here as I stumbled upon it!
Naturally, I watched her swim, and damn! She was good! She looked like a proffesional! and she was fast! I could barely tell it was her with that speed!
Like any other teenage boy I started yelling out her name trying to gain her attention. After multiple attempts she finally noticed as she stopped and looked in my direction.
I started to panick as I realized what I had just done, I interrupted the PRINCESS just to get her attention. I could get punished harshly for that.. I cringed internally at the thought as I watched her wrap a towel around her damp body.
