"Daddies." a 6-year-old boy arrived with all the seriousness in the world where his parents were drinking tea. "We have to talk."

Sirius and Severus looked at their son, he had a somewhat serious look, it was even funny to see him like that, though he had his cheeks pink and his little pout slightly stretched.

"Of course honey, what's going on?" Sirius smiled watching his son now climb on the chair, sitting in front of them with his little face slightly in sight.

"It's time to have a pet," said the younger one seriously, swinging his little feet a little. Draco had said it would work.

The couple looked at each other and then looked at the minor.

"But honey, don't we have many little animals already?" Severus said, pointing with his head at his husband, who offended touched his chest.

"Yes, but daddy is not always a puppy, I really want a puppy," Harry said seriously looking at them.

"But honey..." Sirius made a small grimace, "the puppies need a lot of care, food, injections so they don't get sick, bathing them and even cleaning their poop."

He tried to convince him, though Harry denied it.

"I want a puppy, daddies," he insisted, looking at them.

"Very well, look honey, a puppy or any animal needs a lot of care, what will it do when you are at Hogwarts?

"I'll take it with me," Harry nodded, smiling at them.

"But they don't allow puppies in Hogwarts," Severus said, pressing his lips.

"Dad went there," the minor pointed out, inflating his cheeks.

"Mmm..."

Severus smiled, his son was a good businessman, although today wouldn't be his victory.

"When you go to Hogwarts, we'll give you a pet suitable for you. For now we can't, honey."

"But there's a long way to go!" the minor stood on the chair, opening his little mouth.

"Take it or leave it." Sirius chuckled.

"... Mmm, okay." Harry murmured, getting off the chair carefully.

"Cheer up, puppy, dad is here," Sirius separated from his partner carefully and transformed into his animagus form, thus climbing his youngest on his back and playing with him.

Severus looked at his partner and son while he denied with a smile, sometimes he scolded them because they almost destroyed the room.

Maybe he doesn't have pets, but many animals he counted his whole family, and those were already a disaster and to be careful of any other poor little animal that would fall into the clutches of his family.
