RENEWAL OF VOW

Tae Pov.

The year 2024 will soon end, and my birthday is coming. Time is flying by, and soon, we will end our military service. The group will be together again and return to the army. Our journey in the military is not easy, and we encounter different people and training.

Jin Hyung and Hobi Hyung have already finished their task and are back to their lives as idols. We always keep in touch with each other and the members. JK and I always see each other when we have time.

We have planned our ROV this year, but our time and schedule didn't match. So, we moved our ROV by January. The tragedy happened when the plane crashed in the airport and too many people died in that incident so I decided not to celebrate my birthday and canceled all the birthday projects for me.

We silently celebrate my birthday with family and friends and JK is with me. We always call each other and keep in touch if we are not busy.

We surpass the new year with a healthy body and a happy heart. So, I decided to celebrate our ROV as soon as possible. Everything is planned, and the day has come.

This is our 4th Rov. It's a tradition for us to renew our vow every year to strengthen our relationship. You are all aware that Korea does not allow same-sex marriage.

This is the day, and I am all prepared. I just waiting for Pendoy to pick me up in the camp. I called Jk earlier and promised to pick him up from his camp. Even though it's far from me, I won't care. I'll do everything for my baby.

I still feel nervous every time we do our ROV. It still feels like the first time. I miss my baby. I want to cuddle with him all day. I miss sleeping beside him. I miss his warm body.

I was in deep thought when I received a call from Pendoy that he was already outside waiting for me. I walked outside the camp, and I saw Pendoy standing beside it. I smiled at him, and when I reached him, he hugged me.

I am happy to see him. He was busy earlier with some work I left for him. I owe a lot to Pendoy. I was in the car, and we were going to fetch him at his camp. I am excited right now and I can't help but smile while traveling. I was just busy on my phone when Pendoy told me that we were already in the camp.

I send a message to JK that I am outside already. After a few minutes, I saw him at the gate, running towards the car. I smiled when I saw him.

When he opened the door, he smiled at me, and when the car door closed, he threw himself toward me to hug me.

"Voo, I miss you," he said and kissed me on my lips. I cupped his face and kissed him.

"I miss you too, baby. Are you ready?" I asked him, and he giggled with excitement. We are heading to his mansion now because our ROV will be held there. This is just a simple celebration for both of us. It's a double celebration also because on 26, it's our ninth anniversary, the year we became official lovers.

Not everyone may know it because it was private and only close friends and family know it. I didn't expect that we would come this far and we had a lot of challenges and trials we face along our relationship. I know to myself that JK is my forever. And we are waiting for the right time to tell it to the public. Not now but soon.

JK is holding my hand while I am leaning on his shoulder. I close my eyes and hold him tight.

"Voo, are you tired?" he asked and kissed my head.

"No baby, I just want to cuddle with you right now. I miss you so much," I said and he chuckled.

"I miss you too Voo," he said, and he just let me rest while we were traveling. I was tired because of the training. Even though we are on duty now, we still have to train in different specialties.
