"Uhhh, mom it's summer! I shouldn't need to get up this early," I complain. "It's 12:00! Now get up and go and do something!" My mom yelled from the kitchen. "Yeah, why don't you go and do something with your life, oh, wait, you don't have one!" Said Joe, my annoying older brother. I ignore him and go take a shower and brush my teeth. After that, I go downstairs and text Niks and Ash. They are really good friends who live next to me. I text,"Heyyy do u guys want to go to the woods and take a walk?? If u want to then yassss, see u at the sand volleyball court!! If not, then whatever!!" Then, after I send my text I grab some toast and go back up to my room to change my clothes. Today I decided to wear a black and pink tank-top with a jacket, just in case a the woods gets cold. I also decide to bring three granola bars, in case we get hungry. Finally, I get a text from Niks saying,"Yassss!!! Meet u there in 5 minutes!" Not long after her text I get a text from Ash saying,"Yes!! Be there in 5 minutes!" I then yell,"Mom!! I'm going for a walk with Ash and Niks!! We will be back in 2 hours!!" "Ok have fun!" She yells back as I sprint out the door, off to my next adventure.
