33. periods

At midnight,

Noor-ul-aan was sleeping suddenly when her stomach pained. She woke up, went to the restroom, and realised she had her period. Noor-ul-aan has PCOS; she had her periods after two months and had bad cramps, so she changed into another pair of clothes and went near the couch to try to sleep but couldn't sleep due to pain and started crying.

Hasnain woke up and slid his hand to the other side of the bed and couldn't find Noor-ul-aan on the bed, so he sat on the bed only to see her on the couch crying while holding the pillow.

Hasnain approached her and asked, "What happened, Jaanam? Why are you crying?"

He was astonished by her behavior as he sat next to her and she tried to

"stay away" from him.

When Hasnain tried to remove his hand from her head, she yelled

"STAY AWAY"

He couldn't figure out why she was acting strangely, so he didn't say anything.

Hasnain left the room when she realized that her behavior was inappropriate, and he came in with a glass of water for her.

"Jaanam," she said without even looking at him, and she took the glass and drank it.

He tried to give her a side hug, but she resisted, moving away and sobbed, "baccha please tell me what happened."

He wiped away her tears and tried to comfort her by saying,
"You can't do anything by hearing that," she started crying again.

"Just say jaanam nothing In this world that I can't do for you" made him even more anxious than he already was for her, "I"  he consoled her again

"Yes you," he murmured, holding her as she went on, "I got my periods."

He listened with relief, took a deep breath, and said, "Is your stomach hurting?" She nodded to him, and as he was about to inquire, she ran to the bathroom, and he ran after her.

When he saw her throwing up, she washed her face, and she was on the verge of collapsing.

He grabbed her by the waist, led her over to the bed, and made her lie down.

He kissed her forehead and asked, "Noor, are you okay?" She couldn't stop crying and stood up to give him a hug.

Hasnain tried to soothe her by massaging her back, but then he remembered something and asked, "Jaanam, do you want a hot bag?" She nodded, and he wiped away her tears before bringing the hot bags.

Returning to the room with two hot bags, Hasnain placed one on Noor-ul-aan's posterior lumbar region and the other on her stomach, where she began to feel some alleviation from the pain.

He then lifted her leg and began commenced massaging, she was on the verge of saying, "Shhh Jaanam sleep, I am here with you, if it's pain again, just say me."

She couldn't help but say, "Please don't touch my feet, please Hasnain ji," even though she was feeling at ease.

"Jaanam, don't say that because you did many things for me if I can't even take care of you, then I couldn't call myself the best husband for you and allow me to take care of you," she said. She was unable to say something, but after 30 minutes, she felt less agony.

"Do you want to eat something, Jaan?" he asked.

Before he could finish his sentence, she blinked and said, "Yes, I want to eat ice cream chocolate one with spices pasta also."

She couldn't stop herself from saying this because she wouldn't have energy after vomiting, but she needed something to eat, so she held his hand and said, "can I also come with you?"
