Chapter 10: Thanksgiving

(Basically after Lisa had let Alex know that she was a time traveler, their marriage went downhill because the demon let Alex know that she had another husband, and she was only escaping a jail sentence. The demon got the info from his mom and aunt.)

Alex walked into his bedroom, seeing his clothes, his bed curtains, his comforter, and his lamp were strewn everywhere. He assumed the bathroom was the same. Lisa was there, mumbling everything is going to be okay, don't panic, while holding Judy's Sapphire necklace, then she slowly turned and looked at him "Who is she!" Lisa shrieked, grabbing him as he stared at the cabinet that was now open. He felt numb, he gripped his cane tightly as he felt angry. "WHO IS SHE? ANSWER ME!" Lisa yelled again as she slapped him, "M-" Alex was about to say but before he could Lisa whispered to him "I need you so I don't get arrested, but this girl you have, is getting in my way". He was confused, he slowly backed up seeing she had a crazy look in her eyes, as he felt a prick on his thigh, she was holding a futuristic 3-prong needle. He managed to shove her and get away by hitting her with his cane, he ran as fast as he could away from her, he had to find Lucas, the medicine took effect as he was about to go downstairs. He tumbled down the stairs, curling into the fetal position as everything started itching, feeling his muscles stopped working, he couldn't feel his legs and arms, and it was getting harder to breathe. He slowly turned his head, seeing Lisa standing at the top of the stairs, glaring at him, and smiling. Before Alex passed out, he prayed to Lepusculus.

When Alex awoke, he had the strong taste of sulfur in his mouth that made him gag, he saw someone hand him a bucket as he threw up. He wheezed, "W-Where am I?", coughing, as Lucas sighed, he faintly heard someone puking, he looked seeing it was the creepy burnt demon. "Lucas I will never drink his blood when he is possessed or cursed by Helen because IT HURTS MY STOMACH!" The demon yelled at Lucas, sitting against the wall.

Alex went upstairs using the elevator since his left leg still ached, he sighed, as he walked to the dining room, knowing it was dinner time. He saw the demon's parents were there, same as the aunt and her husband, and Louis and his sister Mary. "Hello Mrs. Davidson!" Abraham said smiling as he gave her a handshake "Hi" Alex mumbled tiredly, "sorry Alex is a little tired because of Lisa using him as a guinea pig for some futuristic medicine. And he can't read thoughts right now because of Lepusculus." Abraham said in his head, knowing the demon's parents, the aunt and her husband could all read thought. "Oh, yeah, Lisa Clifton, she's a really stupid girl, I'm surprised she even got the job for time traveling when she mostly stole stuff and did shoplifting, also call me Evelyn in this era okay?" The aunt said in her head and rolled her eyes, as she sat down at the big dining room table Abraham gave her a weak nod. "Hello, Mrs. Davidson, I''m Alex's wife!" Lisa said greeting Aurora, "There is no way Alex married her Abe" Everly said in Abraham's head, looking at him and then at Lisa with a confused expression, but Louis noticed Lisa was rudely staring at him, so he looked down at his food. "Well Alex got hexed or cursed by Lepusculus and he never knew she was a time traveler until yesterday when Kim and Ken went after her because of when she stole from I think The Boss's office or shoplifted a store nearby, I forgot, whichever one got her in big trouble that made her travel here." Louis mentioned in his head as he saw Everly look shocked receiving that information, seeing the Thanksgiving food getting set down by the maids and butlers. "Looks like Alex is blessed by Lepusculus, I can see it" Louis mentioned in his head, annoyed that he failed to protect Alex from her, "Why are y'all so quiet?" Myrtle asked as Alex said that he was unusually hot. "My throat hurts" Louis managed to say, nervously scratching his arm. "Let's put him through the ritual Abraham, he's been hexed, but then we'll have to continuously bless him until his 35th birthday" Lucas said in his head, knowing they'll read his thoughts.

When Abraham read Lisa's thoughts, he heard she was making fun of Evelyn's weight, even though Everly was just curvy and a little big but not obese. "Lisa, I am way stronger than you think. You want to fight?" Eveyln snapped in Lisa's head, as Lisa challenged her "Okay then, meet me at my house, tonight. I'll show you my other form and show you how strong I really am. Le Brulee Vir can watch or join in the fight, I don't mind" Evelyn said in her head as she sighed. "OOH That sounds fun!" Abraham said in his head with a mocking tone. Abraham saw Lucas was trying to not laugh hearing that Lisa challenged Everly to a fight. Louis sighed, he missed being nice to Alex and sprinkling garlic powder on Alex's food whenever Alex said there wasn't enough garlic, or bringing Alex breakfast in bed."Aw is the little circus freak sad?" Alex mocked, glaring at him, "Shut it" Louis snapped, as Lisa laughed, he realized that Lepusculus must've read his head and told Alex. "Has Alex gotten bigger?" Louis asked in Lucas's head, as he looked at Alex, noticing Alex did look a little bigger than his normal guant build. "Yeah he has, he used to be like 126, but now he's 256 pounds from all the food he eats, same as all the alcohol and soda he drinks." Lucas told Louis in his head, as Louis mentioned that Alex never drinks soda or eats a hamburger every other weekday, he would only eat a hamburger meal like once a year.

Louis got mocked by Alex and Lisa constantly and it got annoying,
(Louis learns that Lisa and Alex had children together, one of those children is from Louis because of Helen, Alex and Lisa had a total of 5 children from 1959-1964, Abraham kills those kids)
Louis was so disgusted realizing that the child in front of him was because of Helen drugging him, the boy was born on August 14th 1957. Louis left, he was so overwhelmed and disgusted that he cried, dry-heaving, noticing Abraham found him. "I need you to kill some people for me" He whispered, as Abraham nodded, telling him to come to the ritual room.
Abraham set up the ritual room as Lucas and Raymond came in the room dragging Alex, who was unconscious, "Got the fat piggy like you said monsieur" Lucas said as it took him, Louis, Raymond, Edmond, and Murphy to get Alex on the Altar, "What if he breaks the Altar Master?" Charles asked, disgusted at how fat Alex became. "He won't, now get me that knife Charlie" Abraham demanded, as Charles listened and grabbed the ritual knife. Abraham slowly tortured each of Lisa's children, hearing the screams woke up Alex. Lucas put a gag in Alex's mouth so he wouldn't scream. Then Abraham killed the child that Lisa made from Louis. Then he made the summoning spell, and opened the spellbook.
"Levez-vous mes enfants! Levez-vous en l'honneur de Le Brûlée Vir, le nouveau dieu, notre sauveur! Levez-vous en l'honneur de notre Dieu! Toi, le sauveur, tu as un nom, et il nous sauvera de cette famine! Le Brûlée Vir, viens à moi! Nous t'invitons ici! Viens à moi par ton saint nom ; Le Brûlée Vir !! Je te donne mon corps à habiter, comme un nouveau vaisseau, une façon de renaître! Levez-vous!! Levez-vous!!" Abraham recited hearing Alex whimpering as the cultists slathered the demon's lotion on Alex, seeing Alex's skin sizzling. Abraham needed to get Lepusculus's blood out of Alex. Alex's whimpers turned to screams of agony as the lotion burned his skin. The demon crawled out of the sigil on the floor, snarling. He was covered in a blackish substance, like the lotion.
