The following is a scene report of the murder scene of Matthew Hart...

The body was found near the entrance of an alleyway and he appeared to had been skinned from the head to the waist. His chest is sliced from the upper right shoulder to the lower abdomen. The body appears to be very cold except for his right hand that was on his pocket. The murderer is unknown and he was last seen entering the police department two days ago; the same day officer James DeFranco went missing. A picture was also found on the victim's right hand inside the pocket. The picture showed two young children holding hands and a big man on the back, but non of them had a face. The picture was stained with blood and had "Punish the sinners" written on the back with black ink.
