Today was the day, that those people were arriving to see me. Why were they even coming? I internally cried.

Manav bhai had sent me the information about the family that is supposed to see me. But I have completely no interest in checking whoever it is. Kyuki, ab iss dil ko unke alava kisi aur ko dekhna bhi manzoor nahi hai.

(Because, now this heart doesn't even wishes to see someone who isn't him.)

'You are down bad.' My sub conscious surfaced with a done tone. Maybe I am. But for now I have to get out of this situation.

I came back early from the hospital today, though they are supposed to be arriving in the evening, chachi asked me to be home by the afternoon. So that I can get dressed up properly and not look tired in front of them.

The house was thoroughly cleaned and decorated. It looked cleaned everyday but today when I came back from the hospital, everything was done near to perfectness. From the stairs to the hall to the garden. Everything looked different and new. It was looking good though.

I called Shreya to calm my mind and let out my uneasiness. Tanishka had priorly informed us that she would be busy at her in law's place as she is newly wedded and perhaps would have rituals and meetings and greetings to do. So to not disturb her, I just dropped a message for her to call me when she is free of any work.

"Heyy, what's up?" Shreya answered as soon as the line connected. "Nothing's up. Everything is going down the lane." I replied in an frustrated and anxious tone.

"Kya hua?" She asked with concern. "Some family is coming to see me." I replied.
(What happened?)

"Toh?" She questioned back not getting my answer. "They are arriving to see me for shaadi. They sent marriage proposal for me." I explained.

(So?)

There was a silence for a few minutes before she came back. "Tu bhaag rahi hai kya?" she asked.

(Are you escaping away?)

"Pagal hai kya? Bhaagu kese? I have agreed to meet them. Milne ke baad mana kar dungi." I answered with a huff laying down on my bed.

(Have you gone mad? How am I supposed to escape? I have agreed to meet them. I'll deny after meeting.)

"Vese you can get me out of this situation." I sat up immediately as an idea struck my mind because of what she said. "Kese?" she asked.

(By the way, you can get me out of this situation.) (How?)

"When they arrive to see me na, at that moment you give me a call regarding an emergency in hospital and that my presence is required." I said. "But don't your hospital already has emergency doctors?" she questioned, confused.
