"Umm guys?" I said as I looked around at the changing environment. I looked down at my feet as the floor started to rumble. "Guys!" I yelled once more but with no answer. There was a large crack in the ground so I had to make sure I don't fall in and die. Did they do this on purpose? I looked in the direction where the panel was supposed to be to stop the session. Sure enough it was there in a small room that looks a bit larger than a telephone booth but I didn't know how to open the door. I ran up to the door. "Can you let me out? I can't do this!" I said shaking the knob. "Let me out!" I said while hitting the door as hard as I can with my shoulder. I fell to the ground crying. Maybe I really do die in here and they don't realize I'm on HARD DIFFICULTY. I listened through the door and I could hear the pastas yelling. Mostly about Ben but I could tell they wanted me in here.

The environment stopped changing and the voice came back on again. "Difficulty hard Level 1" Drones started pouring in from everywhere. I wiped my tears away. I have to fight these drones like a true soldier. I got to hard difficulty and skipped normal for a reason. I deserved it for what I did. I'm at 7,000 strength and 10,000 health now I can do this. Maybe I have more I don't know but nothing will stop me from fighting. I turned around to look through the glass of the room to the panel and I couldn't believe it. It was Ben banging on the glass, blood seeping down his cheeks. "Ben? What are you doing? Let me out!" I said forgetting a single word of my motivational speech. He tried opening the door but it won't budge. I kicked the door but that did nothing. "Get me out of here!" I looked around and stared at the drones surrounding me.

I stared back at Ben but he was just pointing towards them and, mouthing words I didn't understand. "What!" I said trying to tell while putting my hand to my ear. Ben kept pointing but then he started throwing air punches at them. I didn't know if he was crazy for me to fight them or if I'm just not getting something. He took a deep breathe and released it on the window between us causing it to fog. He started writing something. As he did so I made sure none of the drones came close to me but they were hard to fight off especially with me trapped in this corner. I glanced to my right and the words 'Fight' and 'I love you' were written on the window. If I don't complete this will I really die?

I moved from my position and tried to fend for myself but it was a lot harder than I thought. Skipping normal mode wasn't a decision, but I guess the session glitched out which is why Ben can't open the door. "If you guys can hear me I would sure love to get the hell out of this mess!" I said while firing some arrows at the flying drones. I noticed some of them had large hammers made out of iron possibly. One of them threw their hammers at me and I tried to dodge it but it hit my arm. I squealed but picked it up with my good arm and crushed him with it. I stood tall breathing heavily. I didn't know there was still a lot of drones but when I turned around another hammer flew right at me and into my face.

Bens POV

"What the fuck slender you should've let her out!" I yelled."Quite child! No swearing when Sally is around!" Slender said while sitting on a revolving chair trying to fix my beloved. "This wouldn't have happened if I could've just tried harder." I said pacing around the room. "Or if I didn't tell her to fight, I should've told her to keep trying breaking the door down. Damn it!" I slapped my head with my hands. "Slendy said no swearing when I'm around." Said Sally. Annoyed I walked out of the room. How can such a thing happen? She isn't dead but she is badly injured. I wanted to know how she skipped normal mode during her session. It had to be a glitch. It's not just any person, they would have to have extraordinary abilities to increase their stats that fast. Then again (Y/N) is like no other girl I've met.

...

I walked into the virtual room and looked at the panel. I sensed no damage from it so that wasn't the problem. I looked around at all my bad memories and sighed. "Why not have every single moment (Y/N) was hurt." I said to myself. I crossed my arms waiting for the green background but all the bad moments with my beloved really got to me. It felt like I was literally stabbed in the heart. What if I'm not the one for her? The bad moments are not done yet, why is there so much? It's been like 30 seconds of these cubes showing how terrible my life is. I dropped down on my knees and stared as one of the cubes intentionally flew close to me. The image is of 5 minutes ago when I was in the same room as (Y/N)'s almost lifeless body. I put my hands to my bloody eyes and sobbed. All these bad memories are too much to take in. "I don't deserve someone like (Y/N)" I said.

"It feels like the other way around." A light voice said from behind. I turned around to see (Y/N). She closed the gap between us and squeezed me into a nice large hug. I took a deep breathe, closed my eyes and, smiled. I let one last bloody tear drip down careful not to get any on (Y/N)'s shirt. I snuggled with her closer. "Im always here for you." She said. "(Y/N)" I said my voice cracking a bit. "Yes?" She replied. I released from the hug to look at her. "I love you." I kissed her soft innocent lips. I shut my eyes taking it all in. She was the one for me and I can't let anything happen to her. I opened my eyes a little and noticed the background changed to green and one of the cubes passed by was of this moment. But then another cube passed by as the same image. I released from the kiss and looked around. Thousands of cubes all around us as the same image.

"I love you too Ben." (Y/N) said. I looked back at her and smiled. "It changed when you came. I thought it was gonna be stuck on that ugly color forever." I said. "Slender explained to me that the virtual room teaches you lessons but can also hurt you. Whether it's physically." She put her hand to herself. "Or emotionally." She placed a fragile hand to my heart. "Well I learned my lesson." I spoke. "Which is?" She smiled at me and tilted her head. "You really are the perfect girl for me and we are meant for each other." I said giggling.

"Oh and did slender fix you up that fast?" I said before getting up. "Oh no it turns out I'm special." She said casually. "Wait what? What does that mean?" I asked with caution. "Well most of the human proxies I would say eventually die of old age but just like Masky, Hoodie, and Toby I don't die." I just looked at her trying to take in what she said. "So what you're saying is..." She cut me off.

"Yep, I'm a true proxy."
