It had been a while since Taylor and  Harry broke up, she was seen in a boat without Harry, ready to return to LA from the Virgin Islands

Taylor tweets "Back in the studio. Uh oh..."

"There's a song on my album called 'All You Had To Do Was Stay'. I was having this dream, that was actually one of those embarrassing dreams, where you're mortified in the dream, you're like humiliated. In the dream, my ex has come to the  door to beg for me to talk to him or whatever, and I opened the door and I went to say, 'Hi', or 'What are you doing here?' or something -- something normal -- but all that came out was this high pitched singing that said 'Stay!' It was almost operatic. So I wrote this song, and I used that sound in the song. Weird right? I woke up from this dream, saying the  weird part into my phone, figuring I had to include it in something because it was just  too strange not to. In pop, it's fun to play around with little weird noises like that."

Taylor is seen again at Conway Studios, likely to continue working on All You Had To Do Was Stay

January 15, 2013

Taylor posts a picture of herself in the studio, with the caption "Somewhere in LA".

"The song 'How You Get The Girl' is a song that I wrote about how you get the girl back if you ruined the relationship somehow and she won't talk to you anymore. Like, if  you broke up with her and left her on her own for six months and then you realize you miss her. All the steps you have to do too edge your way  back into her life, because she's probably pretty mad at you. So it's kind of a tutorial. If you follow the directions in the song, chances are things will work out. Or you may get a restraining order."

Taylor soon came home from the studio after recording her album with Jack Antonoff, walking in, she saw Selena playing with Sabrina "Hey, Sel. What're you doing here?"

"I wanted to keep Sabrina company while you were at the studio." Selena said as she smiled

"Wait, mommy. You were at the studio?" Sabrina asked as she walked over to her mother

Taylor knelt down in front of her daughter as she smiled while she nodded "I am, on my fifth album, my little princess. I just don't know what to call it."

"You don't?" Selena asked

"No, any idea's princess?" Taylor asked as she looked at her daughter

"Hmmm... Oh! I know, you could title it after your birth year, mommy." Sabrina said as she looked up toward her mother

"Oh, my that's a good idea, little princess. When did you get so smart?" Taylor asked as she ruffled her daughter's head affectionately

Sabrina giggled as she smiled up toward her mother before she shrugged "I don't know, mommy."

"Well, I am one lucky woman, little princess." Taylor said as she smiled while she sat up "What've you  two  been doing?"

"We were playing with Barbies, mommy!" Sabrina said as she held up her doctor Barbie doll for Taylor to see

"I see, little one. Did you have fun?" Taylor said as she laughed

"We did, mommy." Sabrina said as she smiled widely before she made her way to the kitchen to get herself some Goldfish crackers, trying to reach up for the bowls "Mommy, can you help me?"

"Of course, princess." Taylor said as she smiled while she walked over to Sabrina and grabbed a small bowl for her daughter before she handed it to her "Do you need some help putting your snack in here?"

"Yes, mommy." Sabrina said as she looked up at her mother

"Can you hold the bowl for me?" Taylor asked as she looked down at her daughter

"Yes, Mommy!" Sabrina said as she held the bowl in her hands

Taylor chuckled as she poured the Goldfish in the bowl

"Thank you, Mommy!" Sabrina said as she rushed off to the TV to watch some Disney Channel while she ate her Goldfish crackers

Taylor smiled after her daughter

Selena nudged her "How goes the mom life?"

"Pretty good, I would say." Taylor said as she smiled

"Any new men in your life, Tay?"

"Not at the moment, Sel. I think I'll take a break from that and just focus on me, my friends, my family and my daughter." Taylor said

"I never knew how much I loved seeing the mom life on you, Tay." Selena said as she smiled

"I just want someone who will love Sabrina as their own. And someone who will stay when it gets hard. I don't know, someone who gets me. Or someone who loves me for me and not because I am the Taylor Swift." Taylor said

"That man will come." Selena said

"When?" Taylor asked

"When you least expect it. I'm sure whoever it is, will love you just the way you are and not ask you to change for anyone." Selena said

"How are you so good at picking me up?" Taylor asked

"I think just us being friends confirms how good of a friend I am to you. You deserve nothing but the best Tay, and I hope that man gives you the  praise you deserve." Selena said as she gave Taylor a side hug

"Auntie Selly is right, Mommy." Sabrina said as she walked over to her mother and Selena. "I want you to be happy." She said as she looked up to her mother

"When did you get so smart?" Taylor asked as she ruffled Sabrina's hair affectionately

"Because of my mommy." Sabrina said

Taylor chuckled as she smiled, playfully ruffling her daughter's  hair affectionately

Sabrina giggled as she smiled "Mommy, when do you plan on getting married?"

"Well, little one, I just need to find the right person." Taylor said as she chuckled softly

"I hope you do too, Mommy." Sabrina said as she giggled up at her mother
