Crimson P.O.V:

"Mom don't say that it's wrong you know that better than anybody ok"

"But baby you have cancer! What do expect me to say huh?"

"Everything but that cause you can't blame the big man and anyway it's ok if I have cancer cause now I know how I am gonna die." But then again I could always get hit by a car or murdered and tons of other things!

"I have to call your dad and tell him."

"Can't you wait until the doc comes back with the results."

"No! DO YOU THINK THE RESULTS ARE JUST MAGICALLY GOING TO CHANGE NO because you have
cancer!" My mom is sobbing towards the end and it's the worst thing ever to hear you parent crying.

1 hour later of mothers non-stop crying despite my efforts to make her feel better, the doc walks in. It's like when he first walked in not talking and just sitting down so I decide to do a little reanactment.

"Hey mister doctor do you oh I don't know........... talk by any chance?

"Crimson you do know that this is no joking manner you have cancer I double checked even triple checked!"

"See that's not how I remembered it going after I said Hey and the whole you talking thing mom over hear yelled at me then you mister doc proved you could talk so let's try again...... Hey -"

"Mija stop it's not going to change that you have cancer if we all start over ok now i texted dad and he should be here in 5 minutes ok."

I just walk out of the room without answering my mom and I head to the lobby but not before hearing the doc say that he's going to talk to my parents and me separately about my condition.

5 minutes later my dad comes barging through the doors and sees me then sprints over.

"Crimson are you ok where's your mom, are you guys hurt, why is your mom in the hospital room and you not, are you -" dad gets cut off by my laughter

"Hahahaha......... Dad calm down moms in room 307 they are waiting for you."

Dads already sprinting off by the time I say 307!

Crimson's. Dad P.O.V:

Beep

I look down at my phone to find a text from Stacy (wife) it said to come to the hospital it's an emergency. The worst thoughts run through my head. Was there a freak accident is one of my kids dieing dammit! I am already in the car half way there by the time I say kids. I probably broke more than 1 law to get here this fast.

.....................2 minutes later...................

I sprint inside to see crimson sitting at the chair alone I hurry over and ask questions only to really hear that my wife is in room 307! I hurry in without knocking to find my wife crying and a man sitting behind a desk silent, and that when rage over takes me!

"What the fuck is going on here huh? Are you making my wife cry?" I make my way over to the doctor ready to murder him when I hear Stacy say

"Richard stop I am crying because our daughter Crimson has cancer leukemia cancer!"

"What but .......... What."

The man behind the desk says "It's true your daughter has leukemia cancer no for specifics. She cannot go to surgery to get the cancer removed because it has spread throughout half her body already-" I cut him off saying

"So what is there that we can do for her like treatment wise?"

"Well Mr.Goldenfield she can be put on treatments like kemotheropy. But the thing is we will need parents permission and the patient. But before answering keep in mind that the treatment is very expensive and will not cure your daughter it will just help her live longer and it also helps with her pain."

My wife responds saying

"How long does she have doctor?"

"Well she has 1 year least and 2 years most but remember the treatment is pricey and wen if you agree she may not."

"Ok I agree how about you Stacy?"

"........ I agree also"

"Ok well let's bring in Crimson and you two step out while I talk to her and if she agrees then we will talk treatments ok.?"

"Yes that's fine" my wife is in tears so I had to answer I just hope Crimson agrees.
