Yumi's POV

I prepared myself to go to school.. i ran downstairs and found my mommy sitting in the living room drinking chamomile tea..

"Moshimoshi mommy!! Punta na po ako school!!"

"Yumiko-chan!!! Ohayo!! Baby.. what do you want for your birthday??"

"Hmmm.. i think..... i want a doll!! ^_^v"

"Haha!! Sate sate!! I promise to give you a doll on your birthday!!"

"Arigato!!"

[Sate sate= Alright; Arigato=Thank You]

"Yeeey!!!" masaya akong tumakbo sa maid at driver ko

"Onee-chaaan!!! Im Ready!!"

Then they dropped me off to school.. tumakbo ako papunta sa classroom ko

"MOSHI MOSHI!! CLASSMATES!!" then i slightly bowed to show respect ^_^

Moshi moshi!!~ I forgot to introduce myself!! Hihi!!~ My name is Yumiko Shizuka Tsukushi!! Half Japanese.. Half Filipino!! ^_^ You can call me Yumi!! I am 7 years old!! :))

We used to live in Japan but then my mom said we need to migrate here in the Philippines.. it's very awesoome living here -3-

I sat next to my smart and pretty best friend!!

"My mom is giving me a doll on my birthday!!"

"Talaga?? Sus!! Magkakaroon din ako nyan!!" -sabi ng best friend ko.. hmm.. sya ung pinakaaaaaa matalino, Si Andrea-chan!! ^3^

"Weeh?? Niloloko mo lang ako eh!! Sige!! Pag tapos ng birthday ko next week dapat meron ka na ding doll.."

"Sige ba!!"

Then sensei entered the room and discussed the lesson!! Uwa!!~~ I need to listen very well the distribution of card are coming up..

The day has finally come.. MY BIRTHDAY ^_^

Uwaa!!~~~ Nine na koh!!! :3 Nee-chan na ko sa mga 8 years old!! ^u^

"Mommy!! Mommy!!! Where's my gift??"

"Ahmm.. Yumi-chan.. mommy wasn't able to buy you a doll so instead.. i bought you a large teddy bear!!" then she handed me a life-sized bear!! *o*

"Yeey!!! Its okay mommy!! Its veeery cute!!! ^_^"

"Yumi-chan!! Its time for you to blow your birthday candles!!" -my daddy called

"Hai!! mmm... *blow*"

"What did you wish for?"

"That our family will be forever HAPPY!! *o*"

"Haha!! Ofcourse baby.. i will always love you and your mommy!!"

"Really Daddy?"

"Yesss!!!" then i kissed my daddy on the cheeks!! OuO

"Watashi wa anata o aishite, daddy!! ^o^"

"Haha!! I love you too, Yumi-chan.."

[School]

"Hey.. Yumi-chan.. wala akong nakuhang doll eh.. ayaw ni mommy eh.."

"Aku din eh.. but i got a huuuuge Teddy Bear!!!"

"Buti ka pa.. uy!! Ayan na si ma'am :) Magbibigayan na ng card!!!"

"Class.. pls take your seats.. i will distribute your Report Cards.."

Then umupo na kami ni Andrea.. our teacher gave us our cards..

"Kami ni kansha!!! Whoo! Top 2 ulet ako!!!! Hindi talaga kita matalo Andrea-chan!! Forever top 1 ka na!!"

[Kami ni kansha= Thank God]

i looked at Andrea-chan and she looked shocked..

"A-andrea-chan?? Anata wa bujidesu ka?"

[Anata wa bujidesu ka?= Are you ok?]

"H-huh?"

"Miss Andrea.. i am very dissapointed in you.. you are our Top 1.. why are you in the last place.. what happened??"

O________O -Me

"Is that true?" then she gave me her report card

O_________O -me again..

P-pinaka-huli n-nga sya?! W-what happened?!

[Class is Over]

Lalalalala~ Im excited to tell my mommy!! ^_^

Lalalalala~ I opened the door to our house

"MOOOOM??" I shouted

"MOOOM!!! TOP 2 AKOOO!!!"

*sniff sniff*

Huh?! I went to the Kitchen and saw mommy crying..

"M-mommy.. why a-re you crying??" she immediately wiped her tears after seeing me

"N-nothing baby... Y-yumi-chan.. m-mom lost h-her job.. dont w-worry daddy will always help m-me..."

"Yoroshi, ka a-chan.."

[Okay, mom]

My mom flashed a smile.. that made me smile too.. atleast she's okay?! Right?! :)

Hmmm... what a weird day!! >3<
