Continuing from previous chapter

Shana: Baat toh 4 saal pehle ki hai. Mere Kerala aate hue ek saal hogaye dhe. Naye jagah naye log sabkuch naya jis duniya main mai badi hui hoon vahan ke sabkuch usse bilkul alag dhi. Par I was always alone h... hamesha ek akelapan mehsoos hoti dhi. Kehne keliye ek friend bhi nahi dhi bas school se hostel, hostel se school usi main hi band ho gayi meri duniya. Apne andar joh ho raha hai voh share karne keliye bhi koi nahi dha. Ek saal vaise hi beet gayi. Jab main 7th main dhi 10th std main ek ladkaaaya. New admission Nikhil..... Nikhil Mehra naam dha uska. Uske Dad navy main dhe toh transfer hoke yahan aaya. Poore school ka center of attraction studies main sports main arts sabmain No:1 teachers ki favorite the ideal student. Jab school main arts dhi toh hamare group ke head Nikhil ko banaya aur usko assist karne keliye mujhe assign kiya. That was the first time we spoke. School main sirf ham donon hi North se dhe baaki sab Malayalis. Main problem toh communication hi dha voh Nikhil ke saath nahi hua. Dheere dheere we become close. Poore school main he was the only one joh mujhe samjhte dhe. Ham ek doosare ke saath sabkuch share karthe dhe.

She took a pause and gazed at everyone's curious eyes. Then her eyes met with her Dada's who encouraged her to continue further by squeezing her shoulder providing silent support. She took a deep breath and continue

Shana: Voh mere sabse ache dost dhe par dheere dheere mere man main uske liye feeling develop hone lagi. Teenage ki starting hai all the hormones were at the peak. Par main apni pyar kabhi usse confess nahi ki kyunki dar lagti dhi ki ek hi friend hai mere voh bhi chala jayega. Par ek din Nikhil khud aakar mujhe propose ki I was on the cloud nine aur bina kuch soche haan boldiya. After that everything was amazing untill that picnic day. Sab school ke picnic ke baad vapas aayi aur hostelers ko hostel vapas bhejne vale dhe tabhi Nikhil uske bhai Rohit ke saath aayi. He insist me too stay in his house that night with his family. Us din I was missing you all terribly and the one who is requesting is none other than my boyfriend kaise mana kar deti boldiya haan. School perfect hone ke karan uske aur uske bhai ke request ko teachers bhi haan main haan mila diya after all i too wanted the same. They took me with them to their house. Par rasthe main............ (Her eyes turned teary.)

Flashback

Shana: Nikhil ham tere ghar kabtak pohunchenge

Nikhil: Bas thodi der main doll. Have some patience

Shana:(excitedly) Waha uncle aunty sab hoge na kitna maza aayega. Wait wait.... agar unko main pasand nahi hua toh?

Rohit: Unko aap bohut pasand hai. Vaise bhi koi kaise pasand nahi karega aap itne cute se bachi ho.

Shanaya Giggled softly.She was too innocent to identify the devilish tone in his voice. After few minutes the car come into halt in front of an abandoned building. Nikhil and Rohit get out of the car and opened the door for Shana who moved out slowly.

Shana: Nikhil yeh konsi jagah hai? Ham tere ghar jaane wale dhe na. Phir yahan kyu aaye?

Nikhil: Ham ghar jaayenge par usse pehle yahan hamara ek chota sa kaam hai haina bhai

Rohit: Haan beta aap jaldi voh kaam karne diya toh hum jaldi ghar jayenge

Shana: Nahi mujhe dar lag raha hai hum ghar chale jate hai please

Nikhil: Are kuch nahi hoga tum aao andar main hoona, tumhe kuch nahi hone doonga

They led her to the building. Shana can hear her heart pounding in her head. She feels something wrong but rubbed those thoughts. She was 100% sure that Nikhil will never let anything happen to her. But little did she know that this day is gonna change her life completely. When they entered in almost center of the building they find 6 more men there. Seeing them the men went closer and was staring at Shana with obsession as if their prey or their pl*y toy is standing in front of them. Shana got scared by their vicious orbs and move closer to Nikhil who pulled her closer to himself. But today she didn't feel the same comfort, today the touch is different and she not at all like that feeling. She tried to move away but his grip remain strong.

Nikhil: Dekha Chachu maine kaha dha na
pataka hai yeh. Aise S**y figure toh zindagi main kabhi bhi nahi dekhi hogi aapne

Mahesh: Tumne toh bilkul sahi kaha beta aisa ek figure toh maine kabhi nahi dekha

Saying this he come closer to Shana who tried to move back but was pushed forward by her sk so called boyfriend. She fell directly into Mahesh's arms who hold her tightly not letting her to leave. He roamed his hands in her body. Shana was shaking badly trying to wiggle out of his grip his touches are making her feel like a snake crawling on her body. She was crying uncontrollably pleading him to let go of her. Suddenly she was thrown away crashing to the floor. She cried out in pain but then look terrified and started to crawl back as all the eight men are walking towards her untill her back touch the wall.They tied her hands and legs putting a full stop to her movements. She cried and begged them to leave her but nothing happened. Her gaze then turned to Nikhil who crouched before her. She plead him to let her go but everything fall on the deaf ears. Instead her took hold on the hem of her skirt and tugged harshly touring them down completely. She can feel their develish eyes filled with list staring at her bloddy white skin which is now covered with wounds. Then his hands grasped on her top before she could process everything went blank.

Flashback ends

After reciting everything Shana was crying hysterically. It was not at all easy for her to remember or voice out the details of that deadly night. Listening to her tears are continuously flowing from others eyes. The brothers were standing still could not digest the fact. Their lil princess have gone through so much but they have no idea. All those promises of protection they gave to her in rakshabandhan proved false. Naitik, Akshara, Karuna and Shree were shattered completely. When the girls were born they took a silent vow to keep them happy and safe always in their entire life. But now it looks like an incomplete dream. Shivangi's emotions are beyond the words. The girl who born with her grew with her play with her is now in this state. The cruelty the world done to her is something that shook her to the core. The fairies felt like a complete failure especially Rani Pari and Bal Pari. They are the one who is protecting the world yet they couldn't even protect their own child all their powers find useless to them. The Prathap sisters don't know what to say or do it looks like they are living corpse. Vaishu was somewhat better as she knew everything already. But hearing them will always manage to break her. They all were in the daze untill they hear Abhi's deadly scream. The scene before made them horrified

Aaj ke liye itna hai

It took me a long time to write this chapter. Portraying the emotions of a rape victims and their families are never easy. It will be more tough when you describe the whole scenario. As a girl and writer I have to go through my own set of break down while writing and typing this. Without any experience I have felt the raw emotions then imagine those victims who faced this. Most horrible part many of them are little children who were even unaware of good touch and bad touch. Sexual abuse is one of the most deadliest and brutual crimes of the society. It's our duty to keep ourselves and the others safe.
