Valentine's Day Special

"Why are you calling me?" Cade's voice echoed over the phone. Shawn winced the slightest bit, chewing his lip before he cleared his throat.

"Next week is Valentine's Day. Do you and Vicky have plans?" His voice was soft as he fidgeted with the covers. Leo was at work, leaving him home alone. He wanted to plan something nice for him and Leo to do together.

"Not yet." Cade's voice was a low grunt as he shifted, a low whine echoing through the speaker. Shawn could not help his small smile, recognizing the low sound of irritation from Victor.
"We were thinking dinner, but didn't really have any fancy plans. Victor said that he wanted to just be lazy at home together."

"I was going to make reservations for us at Claire's. It's a little expensive, but I wanted to treat Leo to dinner. I just thought that I might invite you guys. I considered reaching out to Victor, but I thought that the respectful thing would be to ask you... first." Shawn explained lowly as he shifted on the bed. He found that he was nervous to ask Cade, but he knew that it was the more respectful thing to do.

Cade had proven that he was a better dominant than Shawn had ever been. It was exactly as Leo had said he belonged in the position of a submissive. A stubborn, defiant one who needed to be put in his place, but a submissive none the less.

"So you are inviting us on your Valentine's Day dinner?" Cade sounded amused, and Shawn found himself giving a slow nod.

"Yeah. I am still trying to mend things between Victor and I. I want to do what I can to make it right." He admitted lowly.
"Will you join us?"

"Victor," Shawn sucked in a breath, his eyes fluttering closed when he heard Victor's soft mumble.
"Hey, foxy. Shawn is on the phone. He and Leo are going out to dinner later, and he wants to know if we want to join."

"Are Crissy and Derek invited?" Victor's voice was muffled, and then there was a soft squeak followed by a whine in a voice that Shawn did not recognize at first.

"Foxyyyy," It had to be Chris, who spoke with a low whine.
"Stop moving. I comfy."

Shawn snorted in amusement, leaning back into the pillows as he listened to the two. Chris was speaking like a child; he could practically see the two cuddled up together in his mind.

"Crissy, shh." A deeper voice, belonging to Derek, spoke soothingly. He heard the low laugh Chris let out, followed by the sound of a quick kiss.

"I sowy, DeDe. I wuv you."

"I love you too, Crissy. Now, let Fox answer Cade." Derek's voice was firm, earning a low puff of breath before Victor spoke lowly.

"If Crissy and Derek can come, I would love to go."

"DeDe." He heard Chris' low mumble of correction, which had him laughing lowly.

"Of course, DeDe." Victor indulged the male with a soft laugh.
"I'm sorry, baby. That was my mistake."

"I am glad to hear you will be coming." Shawn murmured the words softly before clearing his throat.
"I will set the reservation then and set the time and date with Leo. I... What happens if Chris is... ya' know?"

"Then we look after him." It was Derek's voice that came over the phone, his tone matter-of-fact.
"Is that a problem, Shawn?"

"No!" Shawn responded immediately, his eyes widening.
"No, I am okay with that. I just... can you give us a heads up beforehand?"
