Chapter Two: Seeing Him

Ian's Point of View

I see him walk over and get his suit case. I walk over behind him. He turns around and immediately gets a huge smile on his face. "Hey Crainer" I say with a huge smile. "Hey Ian" he added. We give each other a hug. This was nice to see him in person! We start heading to my car."So how have things been?"I ask to stop the awkward silence "Awsood-I meant awesome but I started to say awesome and good at the same time." Crainer said nervously. Ian chuckles and helps crainer set his bags in the back of the car. I can tell Crainer is nervous, I don't really know why but he is. "Are you hungry?" I ask, "Yeah I am" he said. "Well is McDonalds okay?" "Yeah it is."

We get to McDonalds. I order. a burger and fries with a Smoothie for Madilyn while Crainer orders fries. It doesn't seem like he eats to much. While he is paying for his order, I caught myself checking him out. No, Ian you have a wife, why are you checking him out? It's probably because you're so tired. We eat out food and get back into the car. I drive home, I open the door and let my wife know I'm home. I show Crainer around the house and where he will be staying. "Thanks Ian" "No problem" we smile at each other. Then he adds "Well I'm super tired and I'm going to go to bed" "Good night" I walk out of the room and head towards my room. I just don't understand that weird feeling I'm getting. Just like nothing is right...
