Fighting was fun, guarding isn't.
You just sit there and wait for someone to approach you, while the others just go away and have all the fun. Well, Viveka's orders. No one gets to debate to her, she's the most logical person I knew.
Here was when the fun starts. Aphrodite and Hermes came rushing at us. Heaven tried charmspeaking some Ares but their patron helped them and radiated fear and terror. As a result, all the Aphrodite did was run away, screaming.
So it was Apollo to Hermes now. I decided to summon some nikai, from Nike herself. The nikai chased a few Hermes but others were defeated. So I decided to shoot them in their thighs so they won't be able to walk or get our flag.
Then, Viv came rushing to us, holding the enemy's flag. We won!
"Viveka, Nick, Bryan, Clara!" Everybody started cheering over and over again.
"Okay, everybody, please keep calm now. I will know declare the winner. Zeus, Apollo, Ares and Athena! As a punishment for the losing team, dishes for a whole week!" Chiron announced with a modulated voice.
A few cheered, others booed. I don't care, as long as we won.
"Nice attack there Viveka!" I congratulated.
"Thanks." She replied.
"No compliments?" I asked. Uh oh.
"Nah, you still suck." She replied.
That's Viveka Elizabeth Voltage, my closest friend.
So we all now decided to sleep after the long night. Biggest mistake I've done.
Most demigods recieve horrifying nightmares, just like what I experienced.
We were inside a cave, somewhere I don't know. I was with Curse, Viv and Heaven. We were strolling until we heard a very loud roar. We froze at our tracks. I can really feel the shivering of Heaven. Then that was when it approached us. I am not so sure if it's a lion or a boar or a bear but it's coat was very shiny, as pure as gold. It was the only thing that illuminated the whole room. We prepared our weapons, my bow, Viveka's knife, Curse's sword and Heaven's dagger. When we showed our weapons to it, it roared really loud to make us all fly out and we fell into what seems like Tartarus. Then I heard muffled whispers.
"Nick, Nick, wake up! Nick, if you're not gonna wake up I am so gonna kill you." Then it shouted.
"NIIICCCKK!!!!"
I was frightened. It was still 2 am in the morning and my squad were outside.
"Uhhmm... We need to go to the Big House, as in real quick." Heaven said, gritting her teeth.
And I dressed and we ran to the big house.
