We strolled, to the house of the god of the underworld.
Doors. A lot of them. I didn't know Hades' house would have lots of doors. I wonder what lies behind them. I better not see.
Finding the real room of Hades is easy. It was just across the door in the entrance, but it is so tempting to open atleast one and know what their secrets are.
The carpets were woven elegantly. Red was the main color with golden black laces etched at its borders.
The door was very, very, very heavy. And when I say heavy three times, I am not using hyperbole. It really was heavy. It needed the strength of us four to push it open. And when we were inside, imagine grace with a mix of punk and death. That would be Hades' room.
The walls were carved with real human eyes. Alot of them I saw. Mostly brown, black, hazel. The carpets were different from outside. This carpet was black on the center with green laces with skulls embedded on each one meter. The center stage. I watched in awe as I saw the bigger chair, decorated with skulls on the headrest and bones as the supporter of the back. The smaller chair was a black flower blooming with a comfy foam on the center.
I wasn't as terrified as this but when I saw Grand Uncle (my grandfather and my uncle), he radiated fear. Not because of his face, it was just almost as the same as Curse's, jet black hair and green eyes, it was his presence who did.
"Bow!" Heaven hissed.
So we did.
"Ahh! Fellow demigods and son. What brought you in my aid?" The god asked.
"We would want a favor from --"
"FAVOR?! ALL DEMIGODS WHOM I'VE MET ASKED FOR FAVORS!"
"Dad! Please? Just this once?"
"Is it fair enough for you demigods that we exchange favors? I have favors for you too." The god snickered like we fell into some trap.
"Tell me what do you need?" He asked.
"We would want to know where the prophecy tells us to go." Viv said.
"Oh I see. Hm, let me think. Go to Olympus and borrow the prophecy book of Apollo. Find the one in the 20th century. There, search your names and it will instantly tell you where to go." He instructed.
"If you mean borrow, that means we're gonna steal it?" Heaven asked.
"It is base on how you return and understand it, child of love. And remember, only gods can read it so direct it to me. I will search your names for you. IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW WHAT I SAY, YOU WILL ALL BE-- WHAT DO THEY CALL IT? MENTALLY DISORDERED". He beamed
Then he gave us something. Four skull rings.
"Those rings will give you the power to return here, to where you are standing right now, without any disturbances. Now go and do what I told you." He said.
Then a gust of wind, we saw horses. Pegasuses!
"Now ride my pets and it will direct you to Olympus."
I took the orange one, Viv took the sky blue, Heaven took the hazel one and Curse took the silver one.
And we flew our way to Olympus to get a god's precious item.
