Chapter Six: Reality

~Gemma~

My eyes flew open. Nobody was in the room. I sit up. My head was pounding. My stomach was upset. My body was in pain. "What did I do?" I say out loud. Olivia, Leo, and Josh are here in a heartbeat. Amber and Lindsay come in right after them. "Hey Gemma." Amber said. "Hey sis." I smile. My smile quickly fades when a stranger walks into the room. I growl. My eyes narrow and he looks confused. "Who's this Bitch?" He says. He's got green eyes and blue dyed hair. Tall and buff, just like Josh. "Who are you callin a Bitch you little piece of-" I was interrupted by Josh's mother. "Honey, you need to apologize to Gemma. Gemma, this is Josh's step brother. His name is Samuel ." I nod. "Sorry, thought you were someone else. There. Is that better Olivia? You know what? You look VERY familiar. Could just be your face though. I don't know. Hope you feel better. Sorry for calling you a Bitch." He says as he winks when he leaves. 

My breathing starts to get faster and faster. My head get super dizzy and everyone starts to crowd around me. "Are you ok?" "Do you need help?" "Whats wrong sweetie?" Everyones voice swirls in my mind as I can't breath. I hear Josh yell, "EVERYONE!! SHH! Ever heard of an anxiety attack? Gemma. Gemma, where is your inhaler?" I point towards Amber. She fumbles around in her purse. She hands it to Josh and he hands it to me. "I keep two extra in my purse." She says as she shrugs.
I look off out of the window into the woods. That man...Samuel was it? Looked familiar. That's why I freaked out. I just couldn't put a finger on it. I shrugged. I'll just have to find out later. "Gemma? Gemma, were going out to hunt. Lindsey had to go help her grandmother and your sister Amber went over to a friends house. I think she said it was Joanna's, i'm guessing they are both demons. Anyway, we will be back. We will bring you some too. Just stay and rest ok?" Josh said. I wanted to beg him to stay. But he had to hunt, it's just something you have to deal with. "Ok, be home soon.' I reply. They leave and I lay back down. I was going to rest.

~Josh~

I left the house. I've been dieing to get some blood. "Dad and mom, can you both get the blood?" I say to them. They nod. I run faster than my mother and father to get away. The sunlight slightly burns my skin as I run through the forest. It's not like in the books. My skin does not sparkle or burn my skin or drain my energy. It would just burn slightly, like a sunburn. I dodge tree's feeling free. But the scent of deer make me stop in my tracks. Peeking from behind a tree, I see the deer. It was facing away from me. I lunge for it, grabbing it. I sank my teeth in its neck...

Samuel

They left. I sent out some Hellhounds to keep them busy for another hour, after they feed. I smirk as I stare at her hot body. Gemma was it? Well I remember when I punished her parents by beating Gemma and then turning her at the last minute into a vampire. I snapped their necks right afterwards. I chuckle, when I'm done with Gemma, she will wish she was dead. 

I walk over to the couch and sit next to her. In a flash I take off the blanket, shirt and shorts. I raise my eyebrow at her choice of clothing. Really? Laced underwear and bra? Was she trying to get into some trouble with a guy? My right hand lays on her butt as I start to kiss her neck. She wakes up. Her eyes stare wide at me and I interrupt her thoughts. "Don't you dare think about screaming or trying to get away. If you think that beating you was bad, then you're dead wrong." I growl at her. I laugh inside my head at the irony of what I just said. 'Dead wrong' haha, ugh i'm bad at jokes. Her eyes are white. I kiss her neck more. I take off my belt. I'm not the type of person to abuse a girl by forcing some dirty things but I do enjoy a gir scream as I beat them.
I fold the belt in half and raise my hand up...

~Gemma~

His hand raises and I jump off of the couch and try to run. My legs must not have been fully healed yet because I fall on the ground causing me to hit my head on something hard. My forehead starts to bleed and I groan. Why the heck did I have to hit my head? Samuel chuckled. "What the Hell is wrong with you?!?" I spat. "Oh, well I'm just surprised that you don't remember me.. Does your parents tied to a chair and this belt ring a bell? How about Sam? Hmmm? Remember the name?" He says. "You mother fu-" I start to say. He whips me on my back as I hold in a cry. "You gonna scream? Or am I going to have to make you scream. Eh? No? More fun for me!" He says with an evil smile. I turn away as his shoe kicks my head. He turns me over and whips my twice on the leg and once on my arm. I try to send a message to Josh but I don't think it worked. 'HELP' I think. The whip hits me again. And again. And again. 

My whole body was red and scarred. I haven't let out a single tear or sound. I know that would just please him more. " you're a tough one to break. But I know what will make you scream." He bends down to me and picks up my right hand. He finds the two bite marks he made before and bites me. Not like some love bite or blood sucking bite. But a bite made for pain. I bite my tongue. Screams go off in my mind. He bites harder. I finally do what he wanted. I scream. The scream is louder than when I was bitten. It was a high pitched, ear piercing scream. I know Josh would hear it. It would be a Minute or so until he got here. Tears stream down my face as he says, "good girl. So me a favor and scream louder" he licks his lips and whips me across the face. I know that letting out screams would please his and would make him hit me harder and faster, but it would make sure Josh herd me. The belt cracked against my skin. I'd be in more pain later but screams were all I could do to save myself. He whipped me again. He did it five times in a row, each one getting more and more painful. I let out a scream. Tears are streaming across my face. 

Olivia walks into the room. She sees him beating me and leaps toward Sam. He set his arm out and she got punched in the face. She fell back and hit her head in the metal doorknob. Sam turns to me as I stare into the queen's eyes. She wanted to help. But she couldn't get up. My eyes tear away as Sam bites into my arm. It was a pain bite but he also started to suck the little bit of blood I still had in me. I screamed. Louder that all the screams I've ever done in my life combined. Tears rolled down my face. He heard me and bit down harder onto my arm. He picked me up, and put me on the clutch while biting my wrist. He layed me down so his left hand held my right so he could bite my wrist. And his right hand held the belt that kept beating me. I imagine myself adding all the times I got hurt or was in pain and turned that into a scream, multiplying that by 999,999,999,999,999,999,999,999.99 then that would sum up my pain. 

My eyes searched the room for help. The king ran over to his wife as Josh stared at Sam. He growled. At first his eyes were white, shocked by what was happening. Then they turned blood red. He lunged at Sam and he dodged. Sam jumped out of the window and Josh followed. Olivia ran to me when she got up to see my wounds. There was blood all over me. I grabbed my tank top and shorts and slid them on. "What do you think your-" I cut off Leo's sentence by running out the window. I will find Sam. And I will kill him
