2 weeks have passed. The day of the annual sports festival had finally arrived. People from all over Japan were tuned in the historic school event. Heroes scouting the new generation of students that would lead a new era of heroes in the making.

Class 1-A was in the back room in their PE uniforms that they were assigned. Of course they had their hero costumes but unfortunately due to the other courses it wouldn't be fair from them. Since not all courses had designated costumes they could wear to stick out.

"Man it sucks we can't wear our hero costumes I really wanted to show off it that." Mina said with a disappointed look on her face.

"Mina, I understand how you feel. But it wouldn't be fair to the other courses if we were the only ones getting special treatment." Momo said to the still disappointed pink skinned girl.

"And Besides it's not all about looking the part. This is the chance to prove ourselves to the heroes who will be watching so that we can get internships." Ochako said.

"This is so manly. We are actually gonna perform in front of all of Japan." Kirishima said.

"Dude I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty nervous about that. This is can determine our whole future right here." Kaminari said feeling his body shaking a bit as Sero put a stop to it by having a fork hand on the boys shoulder.

"Relax Man, no point in sweating over it. As long as we do our best that's what matters at the end of the day." Sero said.

"He's right as long as we prove why we deserve to be here the results shouldn't have any long term consequences." Iida said moving his hands robotically.

While everyone was talking amongst themselves. We turn our attention to Maku who was busy resting his eyes as if he was sleeping...but the truth was, he was visualizing the many fights that would happen and placing himself on how to counter.

It somehow made let out a chuckle but his little training was interrupted.

This got Maku to open his eyes for a bit as looked on the person who disrupted his sleep and with a raised eyebrow, he saw that it was Shoto Todoroki.

"Is there something you need, Peppermint?" As Maku asked that, Todoroki gave the boy a look of judgement.

"From what I've observed while coming to UA, it's clear that you're strong...no in fact you're pretty much close to being on par with the Top 10 Pro heroes"
